I am so disgusted in what your company sent to me ,when I could of gotten off of temu for 4 dollars ,I have tried to get ahold of your company to request a total refund ,however you've made it impossible to get ahold of you regarding anything ,I should of seen that as a big red flag..I had sent email to the packaging return address in regards to what had happened and requested a reply .but have not heard anything ,So I'm not sure but I'll have no choice but to turn this over to The Federal investigation, Better Buisiness Bureau, Class action lawsuit against your company, and report you to the Scam investigation, what you are doing is illegal and you will be caught for ripping off consumers, .I'm giving allotment of time to respond ,after that I hope you get fined and shut down . I tracked my order for the longest time. Said it was delivered twice. I finally got an email yesterday saying delivered at mailbox. My Brother was excited that his dentures had arrived. Went to mailbox only to find a very cheap plastic necklace! I contacted paypal to start a resolution but was denied because I received the tracking number that was supposed to be dentures. Lesson learned!!!!! Order from OUR country

I wouldn’t even give a 1 but these teeth are absolutely diabolical plastic rubbish I would like my money back but I can’t get a reply from this company not happy got 2 sets for £3199 how do I get a refund

There aren't enough expletives to describe these people/ this company. Weeks to arrive, despite paying for expedited delivery. They arrived eventually, NOT as described or pictured. They are toy teeth. You could have them on a rolling boil for a fortnight and they still wouldn't fit. The " glue" might have melted though!

If I could give them a negative rating I would. Lying scammers. Have already filed complaint with Better Business Bureau. Took money, waited 3 weeks, got package containing absolute trash. Nothing like as seen in ads. Painted on, hard plastic snap on teeth that wouldn't possibly fit anyone no matter how long you soaked them in hot water.

Should not be on a positive scale at all. It is a scam! They take your money send you a tracking number. When you try and see when it will come, it says you can't reach their web site

I like to know why this so called company still in business I can't believe i fell for such bull this misrepresented company needs to be stopped so they can't ripped other people off

This purchase (via a Facebook link) was a complete waste of time and money. I was supposed to receive a full set of functional dentures ready to heat up in water and conform repeatably giving me dentures not only for cosmetic purposes, but ones I could actually eat with. They showed that the set would arrive in a fancy display box with full instructions and links to a video.

Instead, I recieved a small box, about the size of a pack of playing cards, with the crappiest, fakest looking "teeth" and a bunch of plastic beads. It took a total of 20 days to receive this disgusting slap in the face, just to make sure I got the message that they were laughing at me from start to finish.
Not that I didn't do research on the company first, For some reason, when I typed in the company's name here on TrustPilot, it took me to a one-five-star review for an electronics item, giving me some confidence.
Unfortunately, after I sent them my money, I stumbled across an article on them that shot that confidence right in the juevos. Apparently, I'm "lucky*" to have received anything at all, many just never hear from them again, or get a shipping notice which tracking number returns no results.
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

There are people who count on sales like this. Kind of fulfills their dreams of having A good life. We placed our star order on February 28, 2026 and have not received anything from them. We have a confirmation number, but that is it. So where is our order or where is our refund? There's nothing worse In this world than a bunch of thieves.

a BIG mistake to order these crappy dentures, thank g.d i still have my existing denture that i can still wear untill i go to my dentist .
please read the article first before you think about parting with your money, this company if you can call them that is a scam without doubt

If I could I wouldn't leave a star at all. I received the dentures all three of them false advertisement they don't look real fake like Halloween teeth. Smh that place is a big scam

It is April 4th 2026 have not received my order was emailed as complete. Tracking number incomplete or unknown no record of tracking number

This company is a fraud. I ordered dentures from them paid 45 dollars for them and I got nothing

Never received package....kept changing tracking numbers then says delivered. Now I'm out the 96 dollars and cant get it back.

I ended up getting parcel they are like the 2-00 ones from cheap shop they won’t answer any of my emails for refund so now I’m taking action against this fraud company do not order anything from them scammers

These "So Called Dentures" are Not!
What I received is not even close to what is described in the ads. They come in a 3 in package. They do not resemble real teeth at all. It is such a ridiculous promise to show these in "real" people's mouths. They look nothing like what is advertised. I never got an email with an order number or return info as described as "Money Back Guarantee" I was scammed by this company and millions of others will ne scammed with the hope of being able to eat and look like you have nice teeth.

These items that they call and describe as teeth are a complete rip off,
This is a complete scam, DO NOT BUY,
I have emailed the company and tried contacting them by other means, all with no joy, Totally conned out of £28

Ordered the dentures, wow what a joke. Teeth painted on plastic. Directions are not clear. Save you money.
