I ordered a microwave food splatter guard cover on September 1, 2026. I never received my item and after repeatedly emailing customer service asking for either a replacement or a refund, I have had no response. They claim the item was delivered by USPS, but couldn't provide a tracking number. I have Informed Delivery from USPS and it didn't show up there either. There is no way they could have delivered to my mail box. Our community has locked mail boxes that only the resident and the postal worker can access. Don't throw your money away, avoid this seller!

Ordered a electronic toy for my nephew but they did not send the remote. I have written customer service 3 times and have not received any response. No other way to contact but email which they ignore. Obviously this website is a scam.

Ordered over a month ago and nothing received

I placed an order in August 2026, and it is now October 2026 and I still have not received my order. They claimed it was delivered on September 1, 2026, at my mailbox. Not true! I’m having to jump through hoops trying to get some help from them.

Haven't received my order it's been almost a month

My order was never received even though it was said to be delivered. I have not been able to get a refund or a replacement. This company is a scam as far as I am concerned.

Ordered a nail drill from Omurio and they set me up for subscription deducted $17.94 each month from my checking account

Ordered with 10 day delivery. Contacted after 14 days, as item not even picked for transport. Offered a refund which I accepted. 5 days later no refund. 19 days after initial order had mail saying order was on way. deliverd 28 days after initial order date.

Ordered two items worth over £60 a month ago no tracking no nothing not answering emails more for me for buying online from somewhere I’ve never heard of. Do not touch these with a barge pole.
There is no Webb contacting them other than an email and all you get is an automated response every time

Absolutely a company based only on profit not customer service ordered a pair of compression zipper socks xxl ...my 11yr old couldnt get on her feet she is 7 im a size 12 ..they wont accept product back ..bad business .Dont buy from this company absolute terrible service.

was shipped but never showed accurate shipping, after complaining showed delivered 15 days ago, funny how the post office pointed out no address on SUPPOSED usps shipping only showed town, when asked all i got was excuses and blame someone else, then gets all butt hurt when i disputed terrible company

Ordered my compression socks per their instructions. When they finally arrived they were at least one size too small. I could not get them zipped without an extra set of STRONG HANDS to help and then I noticed there was no way to get the seam area smooth so ending up with red marks on my legs was a forgone conclusion. Their return policy is a joke. You cannot wear them as that voids the warranty.

ordered anti choking kit back in the early part of aug and still have not received it but they took 35.00 out off my account
