No stars, terrible service and then they tried to blame me for the fact they did not send the parcel.

Ordered c10+ items items on a Wednesday evening and was given postage prices of 4.99 next day, 5.99, Saturday, 6.99 Sunday. Paid 4.99 for next day expecting dispatch on Thursday and delivery on Friday, choosing to have delivery to my work address accordingly.
Thursday early afternoon contacted them via webchat as I checked my a/c and had noticed the order was still not dispatched.
Was told I must have selected Saturday delivery (I did not and the amount I was charged proved this) but that they would amend it an get the parcel dispatched that day for Friday delivery.
Friday-still no dispatch email so I have to contact them again, given the same rubbish about it being my fault and I must have asked for Saturday delivery and apparently my goods still not dispatched.
Refused to credit my delivery charge, but instead said they would waive the extra £1 I should be charged for the Saturday delivery I never wanted in the first place.
Time to vote with my feet and take my money elsewhere, absolutely inept company, I will wait and see how long it takes to get my refund….
These were parts I needed by the weekend, hence only ordered as they advertised I would get next day delivery. I could deal with the delay if I got an apology and a postage reduction, but to be told it must be my fault is ridiculous.
