Quick, efficient and friendly.

I needed to find a quick solution to an ongoing issue I couldn’t find the reason for. I went Live Chat. Jignash was on to it immediately and solved it in a flash. Response was fast and efficient. Friendly too.

My calendar sync was not working

My calendar sync was not working, I went on the supprt chat and received first class service in regards to this problem. This appears to be the normal level of customer satisfaction that I have experienced. Unfortunately, this is somehting that is rare these days.

Agent was able to answer my question efficiently. She was also able to guide me as to how to appropriately make the changes that I needed, so that I can better address my needs in the future, without needing to reach out to support.

I couldn't do without oncehub / scheduleonce!

I'm a priest and I've been using scheduleonce with great confidence for more than 7 years for people to book confession (spiritual guidance / 1 to 1 meetings) and it has been a great help for me and for thousands of people! Well done to everyone in Oncehub!

My favorite aspect has been the…

My favorite aspect has been the presentation. I like how the product displays a calendar when choosing an appointment. I would like the ability to have a reoccurring meeting that can change from week to week but stay the same month to month. I've also found no scheduling app has the ability to match a self-scheduling tool for team members and/or employees, with appointment availability for clients. I feel like this is a gap in the industry and something to consider. Basically having the ability to set specific dates of engagement that employees can sign up for as well as clients. Overall I'd rate the product a 4 out of 5.

Great Product, Exceptional Support

The product is great; super efficient, time-saving and properly priced. The kicker for me was the exceptional support I received from demo to regular use by Bria Rufus. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and helped me set everything up just the way I preferred. 10/10.

Great support for me, and my clients love it.

My clients tell me how easy it is to use my online scheduler, and that's important to me. Sometimes I get confused about which of the many functions to use, because there are a lot of them and I'm a one-person business with simple needs. But the people who connect with me through the "chat" box have helped me with every question that has ever come up. It's great!
