I had very bad experience with this company. I ordered ski set, jacket and trousers for my 10 years old son. The delivery came from China after 3,5 weeks in tiny bad condition box by Hermes and damage jacket in dirty used plastic bag. Is look like used and very bad quality. No trousers included. I complained and called few time customer service for my return label, I didn’t have respond yet. Hopefully I will get my money back.

Terrible customer service, have been sending emails and phoning since Nov 21 and still havent recieved a label to return items.
Great for pull-up assist
Exactly what I wanted for assistance with pull-ups. I have a pull-up bar that goes in a doorway. I throw these on and I’m good to go. As I get stronger I plan on using less/lighter bands until I don’t need them anymore.

I ordered a number of jackets for work teams and first were interested in using Oncros because they imply they are UK based on their website.
This is where the lies start. They are not UK based and now after nearly 2 months my items have not fully arrived. I have asked for a refund and to cancel my order and they have IGNORED my request multiple times!
My 1 order has been a nightmare - I wish I had never used them and warn everyone not to use them.
They have shipped my 1 order in 4 parcels (some of which have gone missing) - there are no consignment details or delivery notes included and they want me to do all the work tracing them!
Awful service - Not trustworthy as they will not collect their items and give me my refund.
The items on the website look lovely - whether you will get what you pay for is another matter…..

Appalling Customer Service, No Returns Policy, Poor Quality Clothing
I ordered various clothing products including shorts, jackets and tops. These items arrived, and although I ordered the correct sizes, these products are clearly undersized, XL is more like a M. I have contacted Oncros four weeks ago regards returning these items. They refused any return, although their website states 'easy returns' and advised i had to pay for return postage and pay a handling fee, which is not stated on their website anywhere. They then offered me a partial refund to keep the items as it would be more costly to return the items as they are clearly based in China! My emails to their customer service department are now going unanswered and they are simply ignoring my messages. Awful experience and very poor quality clothing. My matter remains unresolved after a month and I am presently seeking advice from Trading Standards.

Ordered a smart watch for my parnter for Christmas. It took 7 days from placing my order for it actually to be shipped. I emailed customer service to see if it would be in time for Christmas, they said my order had been shipped. The next day I had a message with a tracking number which I tried to use and could not track! The next day I had a message to say my item had been refunded!! Even though I did not request this. Still awaiting refund 3 weeks after placing my order! Poor customer service. Will never place an order here again!

Use this website with caution. I emailed to return an item and was twice offered only a partial refund and now they won't reply. Don't be fooled by the UK address - these are poor quality products coming from China
AVOID delivered Faulty products lost £900 and wont refund
AVOID Faulty products, had to take videos to prove faults on products day of delivery. They have admitted to faults on the products in questions. I've been waiting for 4-5 weeks now for a return address and getting ignored on wattsap/email support for last 3 weeks.

Short clothing, no refund, fraud with custom tax
The item came for a very short person, short trousers even though the size is good and short sleeves for the jacket.
When I required to return the item customer service offered me to pay back 20% and keep the item, when I asked to return the item and get a full refund nobody responded.
Be aware you can’t get your money back!
Delivery is from China, so long delivery 29+ days, on the customer declaration the Seller declared 10 dollars versus real value 95 British pounds.total fraud.
Not a fan on the material
Not a fan on the material. It looks like it would be a dry fit type of material that is light and drys fast. They’re just basic basketball shorts with a more athletic fit. This makes them heavy and means when you sweat they will only get heavier and not dry quickly. For what they are they are, they are definitely over priced. You can find better shorts at target for the same price. I recommend just pay an extra $20 and getting some better quality shorts.
Good for the price
They're good for the price, and I like that they're more of a slim fit than the normal brands I buy, but they are very heavy and do not breathe well at all. I bought three pairs to lounge around in and definitely will, but I don't think I would ever workout in them, at least not any type of cardio. Another thing is the zippered pockets. I knew before buying and didn't think it'd matter, but after wearing them I cannot understand why you would put zippers on workout shorts, especially if it's not a waterproof pocket.

amazing ! super sets , they perfecty fit and adapt to your body shapes. The coolest thing is that the products follow fashion trands, giving you the opportunity to pay a corret price compared to the quality!
Won't use again
Wish I'd read the reviews before placing an order. Ordered ski wear which was (like many previous reviews), 'lost in shipping'. An alternate couldn't be sent as they are now 'out of stock'. The two items I ordered are still being sold on the Oncros website in the same sizes. I tried calling the customer support number - no one answers. Won't be using again.

Total waste of time - don't bother. As soon as you encounter an issue, they'll start dragging out your emails and waiting 1-2 weeks between emails whilst giving useless responses.

I ordered a few active sets from Oncross as there was a very good discount on their website and decided to give it a try. Thanks to the shop app I managed to follow my delivery and it took almost a week to arrive because one item wasn’t available in the UK. In the meantime I was reassured as I could see that the delivery service was working for me and track every passage of it. I found it extremely nice of them. Unfortunately, when I received my parcel a couple of items were a bit too small for me, so I asked a refund. As soon as I did it they just helped me straight away, so I’m satisfied. Maybe if you order some gym sets go for a size up as leggings might be a bit smaller than you expect.
Clothing sizes too small and very poor quality
Ordered three items of gym wear. Waited ages for delivery and when they eventually arrived they were SO small (ordered men’s XL) and absolutely dreadful quality. Cheap, thin and shoddy material packed in a plain ziplock bag and arrived from China or Hong Kong. To be fair as soon as I requested a returns label they refunded my payment immediately which was good customer service.

Orders cancelled for no reason!!!
I recently ordered 2 items that are still listed as in stock and available to order using a discount code provided for a Halloween promotion.
However I've had both items order cancelled for absolutely no reason, other than it seems Oncros are trying to get out of fulfilling orders made using a falsely advertised promotion if they aren't willing to allow sales using the discount codes for items allegedly in stock!
Awful and unlawful level of service, with emails badly worded too, totally unprofessional.

Thanks for the reply, however I did already check yesterday before posting my review and BOTH items showed as in stock, I even took screenshots yesterday and both stated "In stock, ready to ship" so you were still able to take orders for those items (in the Silver too for the treadmill)
Today both are now showing as unavailable, so appears both have been amended after my review was left.
I did receive an email, it didn't explain they were allegedly out of stock, just said this...
"We are writing here to tell you that the above item is not available to be sent to you now, so we just canceled the order and refunded you. Please check if you have received the refund"
If you do have the blue one in stock, why was I not contacted and offered that instead before just cancelling the order? Surely that would have been a far better level of service to try and make contact and not just cancel an order with such a blunt unhelpful email, also signed off with the following badly worded ending...
"We would tell you here when the item is available for you to order"
