I ordered a treadmill from oncros at a fantastic price, price quality is unquestionable and excellent and it works very well, I just had an unexpected delivery, but I contacted the customer service and I got an answer right away, with the problem solved, I recommend it I would order again without any problem.

Great service, quick to come and simple to order and free delivery too.

Purchased a barbecue from them, received no tracking details and after 1 week without it arriving I contacted them and they told me that the barbecue had been out of stock but was being delivered that week and to allow at least 10 days. 2 weeks later and still no barbecue. I emailed them again - no answer. Multiple messages sent on their facebook messenger - no response!

Managed to get my money back from my credit card company but please DO NOT give this company your money!

Absolutely shocking company. Do not use this company unless you want to be robbed.
I ordered a treadmill 3 weeks ago and when it arrived it did not work, I emailed the same day to inform them about this problem. They emailed back asking for a video which I sent the same day .
It’s been 3 weeks and they still have not emailed me back.

Disgusting how they can rob people like this. Do not use them unless you want to be hundreds of pounds out of pocket. Their customer service number does not work and probably never has. Only communication is via email which they can choose to reply.

I will be reporting them to trading standards and taking this further with the consumer ombudsman.

I've brought a treadmill from this company on Saturday, I'm really unsure as to whether this is a scam company, I'm really hoping it's not as I've spent £179. I'm worried in case my item doesn't arrive & I'm not able to get a refund

No delivery info 2 days after ordering. Contacted the company, slow response and didn’t answer my question.

I purchased two folding mountain bikes from Oncros in Aug 22", within a month the pedals ruptured, an had to be replaced, Oncros customer service was quick to respond at this point an gave me a £35 refund for the pedals. In Oct 22" on one of the bikes the whole gear shift system failed and had to be replaced, an on 23rd of January 2023, the whole crank shaft and pedal shattered an snapped while out in traffic nearly causing a RTA, these bikes are of a poor quality build and material an not road safe. Oncros have not responded since the first experience.

If I could give them no star's i would please avoid this company, I received a tredmill and it was faulty , I send numerous emails and left numerous voicemail I finally received my money back but I think if I didn't do it through klarna I wouldn't have got it , so please guys avoid them a joke of a company and scamers , its needing closed down !!!

Purchased a treadmill from this company which broke down in only 6 months of use. Voicemail is always full and they take too long to respond to emails. I was told that cover is only for 180 days abd they suggested that I get it repaired locally. That telreadmill is now fit for the tip! What a scam - quick to take your money abd that's it! Please do not purchase any products from them as you'll be very disappointed!

Bought a treadmill from them set it up and it was faulty the customer service from them is atrocious, Be well advised to never ever deal with this company my 2 emails have not been replied to and a telephone call was a waste of time as they could not be contacted, I gave them one star as there was no option to leave a zero or minus score.

Basically a scam, product never arrived but there is no way of contacting customer services for a refund, they ignore emails and the phone goes straight to VM which is full. Take your money and receive no product - now having to try and get a charge back to get £300 back

Needed a water based rowing machine and having looked around the prices ranges from £400 upwards. Came across this company who had a water rower for £199 (£160 with a discount). Checking out their reviews I saw a lot of one stars for a treadmill but thought at that price what the hell.

so glad we took the risk. The delivery was free and was with us in 2 days. Product exactly as advertised and easy to put together. Cant comment on treadmills but if looking for a rower then this is the place to go. Only problem is that I have no excuse to not to exercise now!

Do not touch this company -I ordered a treadmill which arrived and when I opened the box thousands of microscopic little black beads drop all over the floor. Even though this was a nightmare I was still hopeful that the treadmill would be ok I tried to open it as it was a fold away but I could not and the mechanism was stuck. I called the company only to discover that the phone line is disconnected and then emailed support to ask them how to unfold to unfold. They ignored me. The instructions made absolutely no sense but eventually I managed to unfold the treadmill and once plugged in realise that the motor did not work.
I emailed them in with my order number and the support man took 2 days to respond asking me to send a video of the make and model of the treadmill.
I thought that was rather odd as I had included my order number but I did as I was told and then did not hear from them for two more days all the whilst emailing them over and over asking for help. They got back to me and told me they had spoken to the manufacturer and not I needed to take the engine cover off and check the wiring to the motor and also look for loose wires in the arms.
As I am no electrician I refuse to do do this and emailed them back saying that I wanted a refund or could they send an engineer to check the wiring and then they went dead on me.
Fortunately even though I paid with debit card as the item arrived faulty my bank gave me the money back within 24-hours and will be making a claim with them. All of you to make sure that you contact your bank and do the same

The treadmill arrived and upon unpacking it I found a plastic cover was broken. I photographed the broken part and sent it to oncros asking for a replacement treadmill and instructions on how to return the broken item, I have not received any reply form them.

Website easy to use, good prices and promo code emailed over within seconds.
The treadmill arrived within the specified delivery dates and is easy to assemble and everything present and correct.
My only criticism is the belt, slipping all the time even when its been adjusted, still trying to get it to remain in one piece before contacting service as the instructions not very clear - may be needs more than just an allan key

I sent the treadmill back as it wasn't fit for our needs. It took dozens of attempts to get a reply from them. I paid the return postage. Still no refund after months of waiting even though I did everything within their terms and conditions. I feel I have been robbed of over £200.00. Disgraceful customer service.
