I brought a water rower reduced to £200 plus delivery. I was dubious as the going rate was anything from £399 to over £1000. It was delivered on time but only half I initially panicked. Then realised there were two delivery numbers. The second part arrived a couple days later. It was relatively easy to put together it took 45 min. At first the cable kept sliding off the top runner. However I wrapped the bungee lead around rear panel once to tighten things up this did the trick. It has exceeded my expectations. Used concept 2 in gym before which I count as baseline. My water tower I have to say has not disappointed doing 10000m a day and no problems. I would have to say a very good purchase for me for keeping fit and losing weight. I have noticed a lot of negative comments. I did not purchase a treadmill nor have I been unfortunate enough to have to contact them. So I am not in a post to offer an opinion in that regard. My product arrive on time and to date has worked.

I like many others bought a treadmill from here.
I’ve had nothing but problems with it since it arrived.
I also noticed someone here mention the product reviews on their page are fake as their negative review was never posted, I had a look and neither was mine. As well as this, all of the positive reviews are written with similar grammar and not a single typo, which surely if they were real reviews you’d expect a few typos, so I’m certain they are fake.
No phone line to call as their inbox is full, I’m now waiting for an email back but I don’t hold high hopes, they seriously need to be investigated!

I bought a BBQ on the 28th of August. I haven't received any update on delivery date at this stage. The most worrying thing is that I emailed to their support team 2 days ago and yesterday, and I got an email back saying the email was not delivered. I called this morning to the telephone they provide in the website and I was sent directly to a voice-mail saying the voice-mail is full. therefore they are not taking emails, neither calls. I am worried that I may even lose my money now. Please do not buy through this website.

I ordered a bench over a week ago no delivery yet, I have emailed and phoned the company up with no luck.

A very bad company, my first time ordering a treadmill from them. They have taken the money from my account for 10 days now without delivering the treadmill. I have requested for a refund and they have not done it and do not respond to my emails as well.

I will never recommend this company to anyone not even my enemy. Very bad company.

Oncros please refund my £309 for me, I worked hard for my money.

I bought rowing machine from this company. The problem that they have is that, they have no working telephone number to contact and their Email communications are also slow and that is frustrating. But when they do get back to you they are usually polite and gentle. My machine was delivered broken but they offered me broken parts replacement and some money back and they kept that promise. They didn't look like genuine though because of lack of communication. But trust me in my experience they are not as bad as you think. I could give them 5 stars if they had working telephone number or responded my email quicker. When you dealing with this company you need to be very very patient. Eventually they will hopefully sort you out.

This company sold me a treadmill that did not even make it past 3 weeks. The motor is damaged. I contacted them and they offered a replacement motor and refund of 60 pounds to cover fitting charges. Guess what there’s no new motor, no refund. I have contacted them via email, messenger and text. RADIO SILENCE. You can’t ring them as the mailbox is constantly full. They have supplied defective goods, have taken my money and now are proving unreachable. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I have now got to go back through the payment company to see if o can reclaim my money. TOTAL DISASTER - don’t click buy you will regret it if I could have given them no stars I would !!

Very poor service and very poor product. I brought a Treadmill from Oncros a couple of months ago and was only able to use it twice in the space of about 3 months just the first 2 day's of opening the package. I've been back and forth with Oncros the service is not satisfactory I've been asking for months now for a refund and they keep on asking for a video explaining we're the fault is I have no clue we're the fault is and how to fix a bloody Treadmill. They have given me so much stress it's unreal. Excuses, excuses with Oncros and I will never be ordering from them again. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM ONCROS YOU WILL NEVER GET A REFUND OR REPLY STRAIGHT AWAY BY EMAIL PLUS THEIR PHONES SERVICES ARE CRAP AND THEY ONLY WORK FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY NO WEEKENDS!!!!

Absolute terrible company, I bought some adjustable weights from this firm about a week ago. We put them together and when we lifted the barbell the barbell doesn't remain straight, it bends in the middle because the bar cannot support it! We heard a 'crack' sound which came from inside the foam. The company has refused a refund. They've asked me to send a picture of the fault which is so dangerous, they want me to lift 40kg with a bar that doesn't support the weight sufficiently - how dangerous!

Avoid at all costs.
I bought a walking pad treadmill which was faulty from the outset. Customer service were painfully slow to reply and they would not give me a full refund or replacement.
I am now seeking a chargeback as thankfully I paid on credit card.
Strongly suspect positive reviews on here are fake given the universally negative comments on social media.

I have placed an order on this site, which I need to cancel. The support email address bounces back and the phone number has a full mailbox, and nobody answers the phone. Awful customer service.

Don't order from this company. Send out faulty goods, email you to return and do not answer repeated emails for refunds. Terrible customer service. Three months later and still to receive money back so having to take complaint legal.

Rowing machine, two faults (handle grip missing & faulty pulley system) emailed support team with images, requested by support team to email video of faulty pulley, did so… last I’ve heard from them, 6wks later and multiple emails sent and ignored there is no resolution. The price of the goods are tempting on their website, but if any issues, the support team are nowhere to be seen and you’re left with faulty goods. Multiple other reviews identify the same issues experienced. Should have looked at these reviews before my purchase. Learn from other peoples mistakes and avoid purchasing through this company.

I purchased bike which arrived in time - put together and yes a very sturdy bike. once started to use the set keeps sliding forward and seat very very uncomfortable, actually hurts to sit on it. sent an email asking for a refund or actually even said i was happy to exchange for a different bike as this bike is not suite able, am 5ft 3 and the stretch to the handles is to far. I received 1 email saying why do you want to return and send an email. I had already explained the reason why in the previous email but I resent it. since then I have received no reply, called the number several times, first time just cut out, then rang further 2 and left voice message. been 5 days and not reply or response.

This company seriously need to contact me regarding a treadmill I bought over two weeks ago which doesn’t work. Have contacted them told me to send video of fault and nothing. Can’t call mailbox is full they ignore my emails, will be taking this further until I get my money back!! Rubbish and ignorant

If I can recommend anything it would be to never use this company.
I ordered a treadmill from them which never got delivered.
They have not be helpful at all with this issue, I have been back and forth with them for over a month now and all they ask me to do is contact the delivery team which then they tell me go back to the sender as they need to contact the delivery team to sort it out, it seems as though they refuse to do this, it’s a vicious circle.
They won’t issue a refund or a replacement or any help for me on this situation, they have just taken my money and that’s it.

I rarely take my time to write a review but please do not trust this company. Absolutely horrific experience which I am still stressing and dealing with!

I ordered a cross trainer from them which was clearly faulty. I emailed them to ask for details of return and refund process, but they insisted that the item is perfectly normal. Despite multiple evidences submitted, they still insisted that I should keep the item. I am now contacting my bank to dispute this charge as they have taken away customers basic right to return a faulty item!

Haven't received item yet! Be warned, this is not a quick dispatch or delivery company! Over 2 weeks and tracking has not been updated.. Either a Dropship Company or direct from China shipping company. Event missed so don't even need the item anymore.

Like many others, I purchased a treadmill from here. it was due to be delivered by yodel but they sent it back as there was an issue with the address. Well Oncros wanted nothing to do with it and blamed Yodel and Yodel told me to contact Oncros.
I emailed Oncros and they took a few days to reply after a couple chase ups and asked for a refund or replacement. I said replacement and then haven't heard back from them in nearly a week. I have chased a through times and cant be bothered now so I am disputing through paypal.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS AND GO SOMEWHERE REPUTABLE.

My daughter bought a tredmill through my phone, she wasnt supposed to. Had no way to cancel as they have 0 customer service. Have had to put a dispute in with the bank. Avoid this company
