Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. My item never arrived and was sent to a different address, I sent proof of my door as it is completely different to the one where it was saying the item was delivered. Kept being told to contact the delivery service Evri who are also not helpful. Up to now this has still not been resolved and customer service are not bothered at all and I’ve lost almost £150 for a treadmill that was never delivered to me
Damaged goods and terrible customer service
Took delivery of a damaged treadmill. Advised the company straight away of the damage and asked for a like for like exchange. Oncros offered to send a replacement part and for me to fix this myself. Not feeling confident to do this I asked again for an exchange. From this point on I have been completely ignored and cannot get a reply via email (I have sent 3) and no response on live chat. Please think twice about using this company

Do NOT buy from this company. I placed an order, paid, received confirmation. Heard nothing for a week. Followed up with an email to find out status. Told I needed to pay extra for delivery to the Isle of Wight. I replied unhappy with this as I had entered address to calculate shipping. Emailed back and have heard nothing in another week. I've called the mobile which is never answered and the voicemail box is full. Emailed another few times since and no reply. Now out of pocket and no idea if / when my treadmill will arrive. Shocking service

Terrible customer service I understand company are busy and have so much to deal with as everyone orders online, all I wanted to know is what happening with my delivery I've messaged several times and receieved 2 replies the same what's my order number gave it too them twice and still nothing. My son ordered from this company in june the money was taken in moments no order has arrived & the order ref states not recognised this was £99.99 so not a small order! I have tried the contact number which is not recognised. I have emailed with no reply! I have messaged them via fb with no reply bar a automated message stating they are not online! I have tried offered online chat which the automated response was no one was available still nothing after 22hrs. My only option now is trading standards and raising concern with the bank

I bought the item and unfortunately it never arrived. Contacted customer service 6 times before they refunded me. At one point they told me to contact the courier service myself, even though the courier service (Evri) specifically states the sender must contact them if there is an issue.

Scammers with fake reviews. Sent me a faulty treadmill and have been stringing me along for weeks, ignoring requests for a refund. I have sent notice before action and am issuing legal proceedings this week.

The quality of the products is terrifying. The assembly instructions are unclear. Plastic parts and seals do not match the metal parts. After assembly of the squat rack and solid tightening of all screws, everything was unstable and swayed from side to side. After putting on the barbell with only 30 kg, the structure tilted to the side. Very dangerous equipment to use. Another product I bought was an exercise bench. My weight is 85 kg and after a few days the base on which I am sitting cracks halfway. No flat bars or reinforcing beams of any kind. While exercising, I had only 30 kg on the bar and I'm afraid to think what would happen if I had more. The equipment is suitable for scrap metal, because you can forget about any returns. They don't even deserve one star. Waste of time and money. If it was possible to insert photos, you would see what it really looks like.

I have ordered 2 bikes from Oncross, for me and my son. As soon as I ordered I realised my son s bike will be too small and I have written an email asking to perhaps double check and change for bigger size. 10 days has passed and the bikes arrived before i got a reply confirming that my son bike would be too small. I rang the numver on the website and member of staff exained that i can return the bike and order the correct size. I was asked to write an email and they will send me a form. This was on 30th of May. I have written 4 emails, called them daily and written numerous messages on the website chat. No one is coming back to me.
In the meantime my bike advertised with 1-7 speeds on the description has zero speeds , it hasnt got any gears and I woukd like to return it as well but not too sure how.
I have spent 400 punds and have 2 bikes that I cannot use. This seems to be some kind of scam. This company is not proffessional and has zero customer service. Please dont order from them.

I wouldn't even rate 1 star if that was an option. I purchased a treadmill from this company and when received I put it together to find it is quite flimsy and only goes to 8kph...certainly not worth the price tag. Emails back and forth with the company who are insisting I take a photo and video of the treadmill I have already disassembled and packaged up...i just want to return an item I'm not happy with, why is it so difficult! Not a happy customer and will not be purchasing from this company again.
Absolutely shocking products and service
Absolutely shocking service. Purchase an exercise bike which took an age to arrive. Once arrived and put together it became clear they had not included the lock pins to lock both the seat and handlebars into place. Reached out to them numerous times to get this resolved. A few days later I finally had a response asking to send photos of what was missing. It has now been over a week since I have sent these and I have not heard anything. I have also noticed when you turn the pedals the bike has an incredibly high squeak noise where the plastic casing rubs against the wheel. Finally, I thought I'd check the resistance knob, to find out it actually does nothing! Doesn't increase the resistance at all as it doesn't touch the wheel!! Absolutely useless product and useless/ non existent customer service. Stay well clear from these cowboys!
Awful customer service, bent bbq
Awful customer service, ordered a bbq from their website which turned up bent. Have been emailing them for the past 2 weeks and only received one response on the first day. They never responded to any of my further emails. Phone number leads a voicemail box which is completely full so impossible to call up.
If possible, avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered a treadmill to use whilst I work as I have a standing desk. It arrived really fast and was easy to set up...just what I wanted. Until I switched it on. Sounds like a pneumatic drill! I swear this can't be normal. I can't work, let alone take calls, with this racket. I've contacted the company and they asked for a video, but their email system blocks all the attempts to send one. I've emailed twice since and zero response. I'll have to raise a complaint with PayPal.

Ordered a BBQ, waited 2 weeks with no delivery. Apparently it was returned but did not get any further explanation. Am over a month after ordering, no answers from the support team and have been chasing weekly.

i ordered a bbq £110 ive waited 5 weeks ,nobody gets back to you ,phone or email ,all i get is delivered to Edinburgh depot with parcel force ,then its returned to sender ,this is an absolute CON, stay well clear of this company pure scam

One until you have a problem. Contacted their phone number, email address and customer support chat. Ignored multiple times. Item arrived with multiple pieces missing and seeking a refund. Still being ignored 1 month later and £100 our of pocket. AVOID!
Rubbish aftercare
I have had my treadmill for less then a month and a fault code appeared on the screen I contacted oncros by email , on line chat and left at least two answer phone messages because no one ever answers. I brought this treadmill to save me going gym to help my fitness before my holiday! This has been a real headache trying to get through to someone ! 3 weeks and still waiting for it to get collected and a refund with no luck so far ! I would stay clear of this company! If I could give less than one star I would.
Last month I bought a spin bike from them. They’re quick to send it but Yodel lost my parcel. I’ve contacted Oncros through their email & their chat. At first they’re quick to reply but after that they went completely silent. I even tried to contact them through PayPal but still no answer so I had to escalate the problem and hopefully I’ll have my money back.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
