The concept of flexibility and freedom -to go to/try classes/gyms twice daily (same spot up to 4 times a month) all over the city- OneFit offered is lost by changing the policy and updated the members on a very short notice (3 weeks) about this in yesterday’s newsletter. They call it ‘fair use policy’: the unlimited 60 workouts per month € 65 will be limited to 16 workouts per month for the same price!
I’m looking for other options, maybe classpass. In the meantime I hope OneFit will reconsider otherwise I’ll follow the many customers whom already unsubscribed.

So far I've been a very happy user of Onefit, because of flexibility and enough options. But per 1-3-2019 you can only do 16 workouts a month instead of previous 60 (it was never unlimited) AND are charging more for it. That changes the entire USP of their service and it doesn't stand out against other options like Classpass or direct subscriptions.

Used to be amazing, but changing the policy just for own personal gain (more money)... Lying about it, trying to communicate via newsletter, hoping no one would read... When asked about it lying again... That’s a deep hole you are digging there OneFit... Hope you’ll reconsider

Guys, you should really reconsider your new policy which limits members to doing only 16 workouts per month in stead “sort of” unlimited.

Change of their policy. Too bad. Max 62 workouts to 16 workouts for the same price. Isn’t it that crazy?

Unfortunately they changed their policy on short notice and are now limiting workouts to 16 per month from previously 60. They still charge the same price though. I have been enjoying my membership and am one of those heavy users that book 10-14 classes per week. Some of those are booked as additional classes and paid extra for but limiting my membership to just 16 classes per month really destroys my entire work out plan. If Onefit wants to keep people like me that truly embrace the concept, then come up with a premium scheme, charge a reasonable amount more for what is now included. Otherwise I am afraid the reason to join One Fit is just not there anymore. If nothing changes I will be forced out and have to look for alternative ways to exercise. I would really regret that because I enjoy the flexibility and the fact that I go to so many different gyms and studios. Its going to be sad to have to say good bye to some of my favorite teachers but i cant have subscriptions everywhere.....

Geen unlimited optie meer. Slechts 16 workouts per periode en dat terwijl ik een schema volg van 5x per weer en daarnaast nog een wekelijks yogales wil volgen dus ik heb meer dan 16 workouts per periode nodig! En het bedrag blijft hetzelfde.

I loved Onefit, but with their new policy the prices have quadrupled in a heartbeat. That is not okay.

A month ago I signed up for Onefit. It seemed like the perfect match. (almost) unlimited workouts for a reasonable price. But all of a sudden they change the rules and you are limited to only 16 classes a month (before 60). Very dissapointed.

Really disappointed with the new membership rules of OneFit! Decided to join last month and now they not only raised the price but limited the workouts to 16 per month... unbelievable...

I love it. Have been using it for more than 6 months now - it keeps me motivated and gives me access to many classes in Amsterdam.

Super! Deze app heeft me gemotiveerd om weer te gaan sporten. Bij de eerste les was ik vergeten in te checken. Een paar dagen later belde ik de klantenservice. Ze konden me meteen helpen en blijkbaar had de yogaschool waar ik was geweest, al doorgegeven dat ik de les had gevolgd. Ik had dus geen "no show". Super snelle en aardige service, enorm handige app. Hulde!
