I never got my package
I never got my package, I ordered a keyfob, instead I got 5 sheets of American stamps, I contacted both OneAlways and the delivery company as there's clearly been a mix up, neither will take responsibility and neither are responding to my emails anymore. I've spent days trying to reach a resolution, the fob itself is only worth a tenner including delivery so you'd think they would have resent it but no, now they're ignoring my emails after lying about trying to track it down. The delivery company told me they've not been in touch at all regarding this even though they told me they had. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
EDIT*** since the company responded below, no one has responded to my emails, yet Mariana Garabagiu has had time to write a review for the company she works for. This person is who I got a few emails in response from OneAlways before completely ignoring my emails asking for a refund, it is a fake review and I'd be surprised if any positive review is real. SCAM COMPANY.
