Been to many branches of OneBody LDN, every branch delivers the same high quality of treatment and professionalism. Highly recommended to anyone who suffer sport injury!

I had a really good massage at OneBody LDN in Hackney Wick. The therapist was professional, attentive and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to understand where I was feeling tension and adjusted the treatment accordingly, rather than just doing a generic massage.
The pressure was just right, the space felt calm and clean, and I left feeling noticeably looser and more relaxed. A very good experience overall and I’d happily go back.

Got a massage at their Hendon branch and the practitioner was friendly, warm and professional. Also quite a nice set up within an existing gym which makes it ideal.

Amazing attention to detail

I was referred via Bupa (chose Aldgate branch as it was close to work) due to persistent left hip/thigh/knee pain. Firstly the clinic room was inside a weight training gym so not easy to find. There was no waiting area so you had loiter outside the room where gym members were weight lifting/training. There as quite loud banging music heard through thin walls of the clinic room. After a history of symptoms there was a short examination - which having now had physio session at a different centre, was not thorough to detect what my problem is. As i have had physio for my shoulder before, it was unusual that no exercises were discussed or demonstrated whilst i was at the appointment, conversely i was told to go home and wait for an email of exercises to do and she would see me again in 1 week. I have never attended a physio session where the exercises are not discussed in the actual appointment and some are demonstrated to ensure I am doing the correct movements. When I questioned this i was told she would check at the next appointment. After waiting >72hours and not receiving any exercises in addition to the poor experience I changed to a different physiotherapist in Barbican who has been amazing.

All therapists are high quality - knowledgable, helpful and effective.

Went to the Farringdon branch for a lower back injury and all of the staff knew their stuff and were able to help. It does depend on branches though as I didn’t get a knowledgeable treatment at another branch so might have to shop around to see where fits you best.

Having some shoulder issues and found a OneBody LDN within walking distance from work.
From walking through the door I was given a warm welcome and offered tea/coffee or some amazing freshly favoured water.
My therapist Gabriel, came and met me promptly. He’s friendly, warm and instantly makes you feel at ease and comfortable.
The work he did instantly helped and I’ve already booked further appointments.
Really looking forward to it.
