OneCall Travels Opiniones

It was a good experience. Ever muslim must go atleast once. Its an amazing place to be.

Well organised trip. Really enjoyed the tarbiyaah talks and benefitted from the blessings of Umrah. This is our second Umrah with OneCall. Jazak Allah for all your help.

Saalaam.

Don’t know where to start, absolutely heart broken to be back. What a trip this was. Amazing lessons taught by brother yasin, don’t know if he even rested at all the entire trip. Hotels were amazing clean and great distance from the haram. Especially in medina we was practically at Masjid Nabawi door step.

Could not recommend this company more. I will be back in sha allah.

Fantastic service & very happy.
Thanks

Amazing service with the main agent for Umrah and Hajj services..
Allahumdullila made our booking easy.

Alhamdulilah, brother Yasin in OneCall is absolutely amazing, made our Umrah arrangements so easy, very professional and prompt.

Alhumdulillah, this was second time with OneCall Travel agency and what a pleasant experience it was only once you visit, you will realise… It was not just experiencing Umrah, but also had the opportunity to visit around the Madinah city places such as Masjid Quba and Uhud Mountain…Also visited places around Makkah city such as Jabal al Noor, Jabal al Rahmat and Badr (battle of Badr)…Alhumdulillah, had a great experience with family especially kids can learn a lot…
Jazakaallah to OneCall Travel for such trip, truly it was worth every penny…

I was referred to Onecall travels by a trusted family member and I was heavily pleased! Excellent communication, honesty, and reliability. Yasin is extremely efficient in his field and provides maximum comfort to his customers. He explains everything in depth so you are given the ultimate experience. My family and I will definitely be traveling with One call travels again. May Allah swt reward them for their kindness and efforts towards Islam.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

My mother and I traveled for Umrah with the February group and we were absolutely pleased with the service we had received. Everything was done systematically and you could really tell Ustadh Yasin had vast experience with his knowledge and insight when conducting the trip. Firstly, before the actual trip itself Yasin was easily accessible and whenever I contacted him he would reply quickly and honestly, we received regular updates from him regarding our booking process and other factors leading up to our flight. On the day of the flight, it was very smooth as Yasin had already prepared us on what to bring, how to pack and what documents we needed so it saved us from any unwanted headaches. During the journey he would regularly check up on my mother and ask if she was okay (as she is old in age) and showed great concern for those older and younger than him. Once we arrived in Saudi Arabia, he made sure everyone had got through visa checks with ease and gathered us together to help us get our sim cards sorted and go on the coach together. Throughout our time in Madinah and Makkah we had regular gatherings after Isha prayer to go over important Islamic principles that we must know as Muslims, this was to help us understand how to worship Allah correctly according to the Quran and Sunnah with authentic sources so that we were more likely to have our acts of obedience accepted. Again, this showed Yasin's concern for us as he didn't just want us to get to Saudi Arabia safely he wanted our efforts in prayer, dua etc to be accepted and successful also. The hotels were good and very close to the Haramain, with breakfast readily available each day. Yasin throughout the trip kept checking up on me and my mother, and we really appreciated his efforts and hard work. We will definitely be going with OneCall Travels again In Shaa Allah as the price is very good compared to what you get in the market now and the service is impeccable, honestly I couldn't recommend anyone else in London. May Allah reward everyone at OneCall Travels.

Jazzak Allaha khairun for your hospitality.
As always it's good to do umra with you and your group may ALLAHA swt look after you and your family AMEEN.

My first trip to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah. Having met Brother Yasin Chowdhury he explained things exceptionally well and put myself at ease. He is highly knowledgeable and answered a lot of questions and cleared many misconceptions. Will certainly contact Yasin for future trips keep up the excellent work. Jazakallah Reedwan Choudhury (Leicester)

One Call Travels have been absolutely perfect, in every aspect of the word, from the beginning to the end of our Umrah trip.

Brother Yasin was an incredible and extremely knowledgable guide, who also gave us great reminders at the end of each day and taught myself a great deal. He went above and beyond for each and every person within our group, may Allah (SWT) be pleased with him for the work he is doing for our ummah.

Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, which has made visiting Medina and Makkah quite challenging, Brother Yasin was able to structure our trip very well.

I would highly recommend everybody to use One Call Travels in the future, if they are looking to go to Umrah or Hajj. It was a highly educational and enlightening trip, Alhamdullilah.

Salam
We went first time for umrah with one call travel and we had very good experience. Alhumdulillah We visited few historical places in Madinah and Makkah. Also we learnt about so many new things and the hotel was very near the mosque in Madinah and Makkah. Alhumdulillah
Jazakallah khaer to Yasin uncle who did so much hard work for us. May Allah reward him in this duniya & Akhira. Give lots of Barakah (Ameen)

Firstly, i’ve been recommended to go Umrah via One call travels. Was hesitant at first but with all the good reviews and good feedback i received, i stayed positive.

Brother Yasin made my and my wife’s first Umrah trip extremely helpful. Not only did we do umrah but the main thing we’ve learnt from this trip is how to keep sabr, learned about tawheed. What is bidah and what is misunderstood in our religion. All thanks to brother Yasin. Very knowledgeable person, mashallah. With his daily reminders and meetings, brother Yasin was able to teach the group very well in the most calmest and polite way. Transportation and ziyara was perfect too. Made us feel very comfortable indeed. May Allah give barakah to One calls travels and to brother Yasin himself.

I would highly recommend everybody to use One Call Travels in the future, if they are looking to go to Umrah or Hajj. It was a highly educational and enlightening trip, Alhamdullilah.

Highly recommended service.

I booked my umrah and i love a stress free booking. He handle everything. Best communication especially with all these changes during covid. Very honest about everything what is included and what is not. I checked the same package online and it was a lot more considering the both hotels are close to the masjid. Insha Allah will use you guys again for my hajj.

Excellent customer service, very polite and patient. Excellent communication was provided throughout. I would highly recommend using One Call Travels for your Hajj and Umrah requirements.
