My experience has been excellent. Results received quick via email (I think less than 48h I received mines).
Different packages according to your needs/concerns.
Alison was lovely, very professional as well as friendly in her approach. Straightforward explanation of procedure and how to check the results once you get it via email.
Highly recommend this lab for your peace of mind.

Second time I have used the Hagley Road…
Second time I have used the Hagley Road clinic and the experience was again faultless; professional, friendly and efficient. I seldom leave reviews but I can’t rate the service here highly enough and would recommend to anyone thinking of using it.

I hate that my doctor could not give me an appointment, but I needed answers to specific issues and this service was very quick and the lady I met was lovely. If you are struggling with your doctor, I would highly recommend this

Excellent service
Excellent service. Appointment was quick. Parking was available and results came fast . Phlebotomist is very friendly at the Birmingham Clinic abd very professional.
