A good efficient service
I arrived earlier than expected and was seen near enough straight away. Bloods were taken painlessly and the technician was very polite. There are three flights of stairs to walk up, not sure if there is a lift. Results came quickly. Two days for first result and three for the second. I definitely will use them again.

Great service and easy to organise
I checked by phone that I could get a certain test by just walking in to the test centre. I did this and was very pleased with the staff and how quickly I got the results.

The person I spoke to on the phone was helpful, pleasant and efficient and made choosing which test to have easy. The person who took my blood took time to explain procedure and timing and was very friendly and efficient as was the Doctor who ran through the results. Great company.

Super fast for both test and results, results were easy to read as a non-medical person and came through quickly. Staff at the facility were also great! Super happy with the process and will come back again for sure!

A very quick process and turn around
I was seen very quickly despite not having an appointment. The blood test was completed very quickly and efficiently and the results came back within two days.

Had blood test on a Thursday morning. By Friday afternoon all my results had been emailed to me.
Very pleased with friendly and very professional staff.
