Very straight forward. Nice lady that done my test and same with lady that done my follow up consultation. Have peace of mind and can now go to my gp with findings and get treatment accordingly and hopefully feel better soon.

After our local GP and NHS failed to arrange an urgent blood test I booked online with onedaytests. Booking was easy and the ai chat was actually very helpful in deciding which tests to book. I found the Edinburgh clinic easy to find and parking outside. Heather was waiting for me when I arrived and I actually had the appointment before my booked timeslot. Heather was very professional, explained everything and the whole process took only 20 minutes. The results arrived by email the following day and I was able to send them directly to my NHS consultant.
Overall an excellent service that we will use again just to avoid the stress of arranging things through the NHS.

I had requested a blood test online. The blood was taken at the appointed time by a pleasant nurse who answered my questions relating to the Onedaytests procedures. I had the results in a little over 24 hours. Very quick and impressive.

Heather was the attending nurse who saw to me. She is great! Very friendly, make me feel as ease throughout the entire process and I experienced no pain during or after the test. She's doing a fantastic job. One day test booking was quick and easy. Heather saw to me even though I arrived earlier than my appointment time. Great service overall.

From making an initial enquiry, I felt everything was explained to me. It was very simple to apply for the tests. The test I chose required me to visit my local clinic where I was met by Heather. She greeted me with a smile and explained all the procedures to me. This was on a Friday lunch time. I had all my results (71) by Monday evening. ( why does it take my GP practice a week ? ). If need I would hesitate in using them again. Thank you.
