False promise of getting the results…
False promise of getting the results the same day in order to help me then next day when I go to question where the results are I get told “I shouldn’t have even tried to help you get your results early” by the lady who took the blood test and walking away from me whilst I am still talking to her saying “conversation ends here”. So incredibly RUDE. Not to mention they NEVER answer their phones in the clinic. Dreadful experience.

Hi Ayca, we never promise same day results. As per our website the turnaround of the majority of our tests is 1-2 days. Also we are very proud of the professionalism of our staff so your feedback is very surprising to us considering the hundreds of 5-star reviews we get about our service and our staff.
Great turnaround time
Great turnaround time, 90% back by end of the same day / early following morning. Used a few times now and highly recommend

Excellent service. Had blood taken by Dominica at the Hove clinic who was very friendly and advised me on a test I should have done based on my symptoms I was experiencing. The results came back within 3 hours which highlighted a few issues which have now been passed on to my GP. Thank you.

Brilliant service as usual. When you need quick and trustworthy results One day tests is your place. Have been using their service in Hove and Crawley, Dominica is brilliant and the whole service is very good. Would definitely recommend. Keep up the good work!

The experience of getting the test carried out was excellent and the lady was lovely. Just disappointed that I receive no help analyzing the results without paying for another appointment. The review of the results would surely have taken only 2 minutes!

Thank you for your feedback and glad to hear you found the testing process excellent. We appreciate your comments on analysing the results. Each result in your dashboard comes with a detailed infographic and commentary. However for customers that require more information or have questions about their results, this would need to carried out by a doctor/GP who would need time to review the results to make sure they provide customers with the correct explanations and advice on next steps. This is why the GP consultation service is an additional service offering customers can opt for.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The booking with Emma was great- she was kind, professional and took time to find what I needed. The test itself with Dominica was amazing- I hate blood tests normally but she was so professional and put me at ease straight away. And the results came back the same day! A great experience- I highly recommend this to anyone.

Highly recommend
Just finished my third appointment at the Hove clinic. Dominique has always been friendly, warm and very welcoming. I can’t fault the lead time on the past two results, with them coming in either same day by the evening or the very next next day. They have set the bar high and hope the service I received continues.
