NOT great
NOT great. Went for Progesterone bloods for my IVF cycle as it’s vital they are back so your frozen transfer can go ahead. As our IVF is abroad we needed them back same day if not day after. I went on a Friday to be told might not be back till Tuesday, with it being weekend and bank holiday. (If this was specified I wouldn't of booked in the first place) When you pay privately you expect them to be back same day by 5pm!
I ended up paying again somewhere else to ensure they were back at Miracle Inside in Leeds - they were amazing & better service!!!

We do ask for customers to take into consideration the turnaround time stated on the test page on our website, prior to completing their purchase/test with us. Our turnaround time is set in working days, as shared in the 'Turnaround Time' section. Really nice woman who did our bloods. It was quick and simple and put my mind at rest once I received results. The results were quick and detailed. 100 percent will be coming again.

The phlebotomist was very informative and explained to me how I would receive my results, and how and what to look for. I must say i barely felt the needle go in. The results came through very quickly and everything was just as she had described.

The nurse was lovely and the injection was almost pain free. The clinic was very clean. The price was good. The results came through quickly and were easy to understand

Blood test a con …
I had a hormone blood test and it was not fit for purpose and unusable. The test results for one component were so ridiculously high is it obviously falsely raised and the sample has become contaminated in some way. I’ve asked for the company to contact me twice and I have just been ignored. In the end I have put the payment in dispute with my credit card company. An appallingly dishonest company. I would not advise using them.

From booking on-line, receiving their confirmation email & having the tests done, it was so easy. I love the fact that the reports are detailed & arrive in your inbox & can be found on your individual dashboard for reference & sharing too.
Received all 5 results in 1-2 days with pointers for improvements & could access a GP if required. They are much cheaper than BUPA & Spire and in my experience, more thorough, and much much quicker in getting results back.
I would highly recommend them. The nurse, Holly, was also caring & considerate & took the time to show me the dashboard & reports layout. Amazing end to end.
Will definitely go back in 3-6mths & now my husband is going for the important tests for prostrate, diabetes etc It’s all so easy.

Extremely happy with the services provided, booking was easy. The nurse was kind, explained the whole process of accessing the results online in detail. Couldn't recommend enough. My go to place from now on for private blood tests. The results came within 24 hrs.
