Exceptional customer service by Emma
I made a few errors when I initially booked, but Emma kindly fixed them all for me! I was able to book my tests at midnight and walk into the clinic on the same day. Emma handled the behind-the-scenes bits to fix my mistakes. I was not delayed at all even though I booked at short notice! The clinic was clean and everyone was so helpful. I was never rushed and still received quick service. It's crazy to think that I booked some blood tests on a whim at midnight, had my blood drawn at 11am, and samples were at the lab by 5pm. Truly a one day service!!!

Everything was perfect
Everything was perfect, the doctor was great, explained all the little things to me and answered a few of my questions. The process is smooth, fast and I got all I wanted and expected.
The only thing is that the website UI when it comes to the results is somewhat hard to read.

I had a very good experience at One Day…
I had a very good experience at One Day Tests in London. It was easy to book an appointment, and I got it on the same day. The staff were kind and professional. Everything was fast and clear.
I got my results quickly, and I understood everything. I really recommend this place if you need a test in London. Great service and good price!

Excellent service
Arrived early for appointment and was no problem, I was seen immediately. The nurse who drew my blood was excellent, very professional. Everything looked clean and sterile.
Would definitely use again.

A really quick service.
I was really impressed with how quickly my blood test results came back.
What I am disappointed with is that for the price of £180.00, it does not include a doctor explaining the test results.
