Simple, straight forwards, and efficient
Very simple and quick booking process. I was seen on the same day of booking and had my results back the following morning. The clinician (Bridie) was very friendly, professional and informative. She ran through everything that I needed to know, including timescales, how to access my results, and how to share them with my doctor. I would attend again if I need to in the future, and would also recommend to friends and family.

Great Service
I was able to get an appointment quickly and the lady who carried out my blood test was lovely, quick and I didn't feel a thing. What more can one ask.

Staff was very lovely and she helped me…
Staff was very lovely and she helped me pick the right tests needed for my bloodworks. Did an amazing job at drawing blood, no bruising or aches afterwards and talked to me the entire time to help distract me. Offered me free water too whilst I waited to be seen which was also very nice.

Top notch communication and feedback
The way they keep you posted via communications is top notch. I never had any complaints or confusion about how things were going. The process and results are also very fast. Overall, this is an excellent service.
