I am very excited to receive the results the same day unlike waiting to receive them in 3 days . This has reduced my anxiety.

Service was great, especially the way they responded to all my queries through WhatsApp chat. I got my results within 7 days.The staff was really welcoming

Very easy to use walk-in service for venous blood test. Member of staff very helpful and efficient. A little difficult to find the address as i could not see a street sign and the signage on the door of the townhouse was very small.

Booked on short notice
Blood tests were quick and professional, phlebotomist was very nice
Results were prompt and well within 24hrs

First class treatment/professional, friendly and great service

This was an excellent service. I received my results in only 10 hours, which is pretty incredible and impressive. The phlebotomist who took my blood sample could not have been more welcoming; a delight to talk to.

This would be 5 stars except that there are a couple of improvements I think should be made:
1) When buying a test panel you do have the opportunity to add biomarkers which is great, but the cost of doing so is prohibitive. If your panel is £215 for 57 markers but it then costs £39-£55 to add 1 more then there's something amiss. I would have added several more markers if they were cheaper, say £10 each, given how much I had already spent.

2) The presentation of the results can be improved. Medichecks does this well - it's more digestible and easier on the eye. I note also some spelling mistakes in some of the biomarkers 'Creatine Kinese' instead of 'Creatine Kinase' etc.

3) As fast as the results come, it might be a good idea to state on the health dashboard that certain results like hba1c are delayed due to their taking longer to derive. I had thought that the health dashboard had an error as the result was originally missing.

Nevertheless, it's so good to have a service that can deliver results so quickly and with a smile.
