Spent over £200 on this website and it’s an absolute scam small claims court it is!!

Ordered a charcoal BBQ on 3rd August. After several B/S e-mails saying it had been dispatched then promised for the 25th August .Never arrived .No refund sent. Communication from the company ceased.
This is a Scam company and web site.
Avoid using this company!!

I ordered a Titan T1 bivvy for a very good price. Website etc all looked good and there were some good reviews available. After ordering the initial contact was prompt and encouraging. After 2 weeks nothing and the mobile number just goes straight to voicemail. Checked with Nash and they could not find this company in their database. Have obtained a refund via credit card but have wasted lots of time and still have no bivvy. It looked to good to be true and it was.

Scam site does not send items and doesn't reply to emails. Complaint with bank fraud team avoid this site like the plage

Scammers. Do not order from this “company”
Placed an order over 4 weeks ago. No item received, fobbed off constantly and a sudden silence to a refund request. Bank has been informed and trading standards contacted. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Ordered a Weber Smokey Joe BBQ from the site about 3 weeks ago, nothing recieved, straight to answer phone each time I ring and no response to e-mails. Don't go anywhere near this spot.

Like other recent reviewers I ordered a Weber BBQ as it was a good price, waited 2 weeks then contacted them by email and got a quick response saying it was in transit to them, would be checked and then immediately sent out and I would receive by the end of the week. It didn't arrive and after seeing the poor reviews I emailed them twice to cancel the order and unsurprisingly didn't get a response. I have subsequently disputed the charge via the card I used (American Express) and after providing copies of the emails they have thankfully credited my account for the full amount. Hopefully the website will be taken down soon as it is definitely a scam so even though it looks legitimate and has good prices it isn't worth wasting your precious time having to go through your card provider to get a refund when the item doesn't turn up (NB should have guessed it was a scam when website went to a card payment system in the Netherlands called Mollie that I have never heard of, also if you do a Google map search of the registered address it is an office building that looks like one used by companies to just have a postal address - no sign of a warehouse for all the items they sell?!). Also the company has only been registered since May. In summary if it looks to good to be true follow your instincts and shop elsewhere!

Avoid this company like the plague. Ordered a bed chair at what I thought was a bargain price £315.00 never received the item which was ordered on the 7th August . Numerous emails sent to a guy supposedly called Richard only to receive lie emails back . Still waiting for my money back from my bank .

I placed a order for surf blaster 8000 reel price£85 received a email confirming order and another email with tracking number etc and later informed order had been delivered in Scotland with dodge photo no good to me as I live on the south coast after further emails received another email saying order will be delivered by 26/8 but with no tracking no as he was using private courier load of bull now no answering email or messages this blokes a total fraud but as you can see I,m not the only one

Unfortunately I made a purchase of a Weber BBQ before i stumbled across the reviews. The price of the item looked too good to be true and it was just that. Apart from and email auto reply at the time of ordering saying my order was received, no further communication has been received. The mobile phone number on the website simply rings and rings and then says the mailbox is too full to leave a meaaage. There has been no reply or acknowledgement of my texts and/or emails. As such I am now several hundred quid out of pocket with little hope of any reimbursement

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THERE GOOD PRICES!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY My partner Ordered a Trakker 200 skull cap from one fisherman, the order did not arrive contacted customer services and chased it up several times, they eventually sent me a delivery confirmation and picture of a completely different address in Scotland, I live on the south coast! Couldn’t be further away!! Emailed again explaining this and I was offered a refund, was told 5-7 working days, 10 days later no refund and now no communication from the company, they are completely ignoring my messages. I am now pursuing it through my bank to try and retrieve my money back.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a reel from these scammers for £89.00. Long story short I read other reviews after I had ordered so asked for a refund via email. Richard (Vadims Duhins) promised a refund but it didn’t happen. So, no reel and no refund. I raised a dispute with my credit card company who have said they will refund the transaction.
Don’t be fooled people.
Definitely a scam site beyond all doubt.

Seems to be a lot of these scamming companies setting up selling stuff a bit cheaper than anyone else. Problem is you don't get the goods and they don't refund your money.

Scam........ Ordered and paid for a reel and was given a tracking number from Royal Mail, after asking where the reel was via e-mail. All sorts of excuses when Royal Mail sent proof of delivery to somewhere in Scotland, (I don't live in Scotland). Asked for my money back and was told it would take up to 5 working days. Unless I would like to give them my bank account details (No thank you). Still fighting to get my money back through my credit card.

Utter scammer. £90 they have of mine after 3 weeks of waiting and still no goods. Reported to trading standards. Will be going to the address next week if still no response. Do not buy anything from this company!

Scam artist! Don't buy and if you have unfortunately like myself, open up a scam claim with your bank and get it back asap! They'll be enough open claims going through with this con man for your dispute to sail through. Do NOT think to trust his rubbish claims in his emails, don't leave it any longer. Ring your bank and have it sorted within 10 minutes.

Ordered a ridgemonkey stove for what seemed like a bargain price. Now about a month later, and no stove, no refund, and emails ignored. Richard (Vadims Duhins according to companies house) would seem to be just taking peoples money, and then hoping they will just forget all about it. Avoid this company.

I have rang the number all day no answer just had a doggy automated voice saying leave a message then you can’t level a message I’ve text no answer I have emailed no answer I’ve just been totally ripped off I’m going to Derby to find I bet the company doesn’t exist but I’ll be going there Thanks Scammers YOU WILL BE REPORTED

I ordered a 2 man bivvy on the 18th August. After a week had no confirmation or correspondence from them. I've emailed them and got a message back saying I would receive it in a few days. I waited patiently but nothing arrived. Several messages later from me and I've heard nothing from them. I've had to get my money back from my bank. Avoid at all costs!!
