Complete agree with the recent reviews. Called no answer multiple times, no replies to emails that was stated they do. Happy to take money but not to reply to customers.

Placed an order on 02.08/2023 for a Weber Traveller bbq. It is now 10th. Rung them 3 times - no reply. Emailed - no reply. No communication at all. Wondering is this IS a scam company.

Richard, you have said you have replied to my emails. Yes you clicked in reply but didn't write anything.

As for saying you have sent tracking details either I am blind or you are untruthful I can't see any tracking details anywhere.

Perhaps you can put tracking details on here.

Richard has now contacted us and refunded our money asking us to pay again when the goods arrive.

I guess he can't be fairer than that so I will alter my rating from 1* to 5*

UPDATE... the above still stands as I ordered a nash titan xl pro camo bivvy & overwrap for a great price of £409 & it did turn up,
BUT I then proceeded to order a trakker t8 landing net & it's been a total joke, so a trip to the bank to sort it out as communication has totally ceased.
I certainly won't be using them again & would suggest you avoid.

I looked around at the exact make and model of reel I required and found Onefisherman to be the cheapest by far for exactly the same reel. It arrived in perfect new condition and I am very pleased with it and the service provided. Many thanks!

Very good buying experience, very good value for money.
Delivery was not so good initially, the parcel was sent to the incorrect address.
However, this was rectified promptly.
This review has now been downgraded to 1 star, I would give it 0 stars if it was possible !
I have subsequently placed a 2nd order with them & after 3 weeks of waiting after endless promises from Richard about when they will be delivered.
The man is a pathological liar & a conman.
I have now cancelled this order & demanded a refund, god knows how long that will take !
I have now passed this case onto the police, trading standards, & my credit card company.
This company has to be the worst online oufit I have ever had the missfortune to deal with.

I ordered a tracker 100 mozzie mesh door, great price, delivery was about a week from when ordered.

Ordered a Penn Surfblaster 8000 reel. Was kept informed of dispatch and item arrived well packaged. Highly recommended as was considerably cheaper than anywhere else online.
