Will save a lot on matches and lighter fuel!

Definitely a scam. I ordered in July and as of September it said it was delivered but it was not. Never received the harness and kept requesting a refund. To say I asked minimum 5 times is an underestimate. I kept getting the same reply of go to the post office or neighbors or friends or family. Funny,they have 2 different tracking numbers.. neither of which are recognized by the post office. I went twice so i definitely did my end of things.

De tilbyder en refundering på 1/4 af prisen, som jeg ikke er tilfreds med, da det er dem, der har lavet en fejl. Jeg vil have de fulde beløb retur.
Det kan jeg kun få, hvis jeg returnerer varen til Kina og betaler portoen.
Jeg har afvist og afventer nu deres svar.
Havde ønsket at jeg havde betalt via PayPal, men det var vist ikke en mulighed, for så havde jeg gjort det.
Træt af al den unødvendige tid, der bliver brugt på ting som dette.

Ordered cat harnesses March 30th. Never received 54.00
I emailed the company they told me the order was received April 16th in my mail box 1046 am. Told me to ask my neighbors
I told them it wasn't received. They sent another reply
They replied the order is delayed due to Trumps tariffs

Scam! I ordered two cat harnesses from them. After two months of my tracking info saying "in transit" I was able to reach their customer service department who told me they couldn't find my parcel either and it would require more money for them to find it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I ordered an item 12/12/2024. They gave me bogus tracking number that stated the item was in New York customs as of 12/29/2024. After it had not progressed I contacted them again and they gave me a different tracking number that stated it was in Los Angeles. On 02/04/2025 I opened a refund claim with PayPal. They claim it was delivered to me on 01/23/2025. I have never received the item and onehappynere.com has stopped communicating with me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Terrrible customer service. They sent me the wrong product and now refuse to offer an adequate solution. Customer service absolutely no help whatsoever and only will offer 7 dollars compensation for a more than 50 dollar prodcuct. They also won't compensate the money it would take to return the product

I did not receive the item for more than 20 days. I can not refund. A SCAM, AVOID BYING FROM THEM
when I opened a dispute with PayPal, they closed it in favor of the seller because they thought I received the item.
On the website itself. it says the item is still not yet delivered.

Biggest scam ever. Still waiting for my order. They come up with ridiculous excuses and lying through their teeth. It's been 2 months now. Don't buy from this company. It's a fraud.

Horrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CRIMINALS. Garbage products. Terrible service. Dishonest 'refund' policy. Products not as presented. Delivery service was supposed to be 3 - 7 days via air parcel and arrival was 55 days and not at all as presented in the ad. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
