Company refused to honor promos
Company refused to honor a free shipping promo on a limited sneaker and cancelling three days later so I could not find a replacement. Embarrassing business practices.

Company refused to honor a free shipping promo on a limited sneaker and cancelling three days later so I could not find a replacement. Embarrassing business practices.
I had a great experience ordering some hard-to-find Adidas Sambas from Oneness. Ordered on a Saturday, shipped on Tuesday, and received in California on Friday.
My husband purchased a pant on the 2nd of August. Today is the 18th of August and still have not received a shipment confirmation. He has called several times before the 18th and the excuse was the rush they had from their huge sale. Rude and unconcerned answers. Cannot prove it but it seems calls are routed to a personal cell and were not being answered after while. I called from my number, was able to reach someone to cancel the order. We will see how the cancellation transaction goes. Moving forward this business can be a little risky to purchase from.
Should have learned my lesson after my first order.
I don't know why other than they just find whatever way to eek out more profit and if you order multiple items in one order they will literally charge you 10 or more dollars for shipping per item which is ridiculous.
It actually prevented me from buying all the items I wanted to buy because it didn't make sense to pay 10 dollars for ahipping per each piece. I bought two items and payed 20 dollars to have them ship together such a scam..oh it took almost a month to get my 2 items that I payed 20 dollars in shipping for...always a good sighn
Finally my last straw was when I purchased a pair or shoes on sale and then chose to send me a pair of shoes that were clearly worn. The nike air on the insoles were almost worn out which only happens when you wear the shoes.. and the bottoms were full of dirt and were clearly worn ...yea so they will sell you what you believe to be a brand new sneaker but ship you what had to have been a floor model that people actually wore around and put clear markings and sights of wear....
Not a good business at all...
I do not recommend
Order was supposed to ship in 10 days with no notice that has been prolonged to 15 (actually 16) and I have never dealt with them before so this isn't some great experience. Moreover I paid shipping for each item in the order? How does that work? Lol. I can look past all of that, and was even considering grabbing more items, but the inconsistency has stopped me, I just want them to send my order.
I just ordered Nike Air Max Lite Size 11.5 last week, got em today, couldn't be happier, might have been a change of ownership I don't know, but I ordered this pair that I couldn't find anywhere and they just arrived....B-E-A-UTIFUL. Don't be afraid boys and girls they legit.
absolutely not clear (not indicated in any way) the customs costs. rude and unhelpful customer service. an experience not recommended
Customer service....nope. Purchased shoes on 3/4/20. Received the shoes on 3/10 but the were the wrong style. Immediately called and explained they were wrong and the associate almost seemed like he knew they were wrong. I asked him to go to the back and make sure the correct shoes were in stock and he said he would hold them for me until they got the other shoes back. Shoes were sent back on 3/11/20. 3/23/20 I asked if the shoes were returned and asked the status of the order and they said they were processing the order. 3/26/20 no update and after i emailed them again they said the shoes were no longer in stock. So its 23 days since my purchase and still no refund and no shoes. I was patient and tried to cover all my bases to make sure my wife got these shoes. They sold them out from under me and they expect me to believe it was an error in stock. Not again oneness.
Arnaque !!!!! Ne veut pas me rembourser ! À fuir !!!!!!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE UPSET!!!!!
Their customer service is the absolute worst. They can't get orders right and the shoes came damaged.
I ordered a pair of Adidas. With shipping, they were almost $100. We got an email the next day with a tracking code through USPS on 2/23. Everything seemed fine. And on 2/26, I was happy to see an email that the shoes were delivered. I went home, checked my front porch and mailbox and didn't see anything. I then emailed them to let them know that I never received the package. I never got a response back. I then checked the tracking code the next day and saw that the shoes had been picked up at the post office in Minnesota. I live in California. I then called the number on the website and spoke to a lady who told me that she is 100% sure that they sent it to the correct address and that this was a USPS issue and that I would have to contact them. She wasn't polite, she didn't try to look into it any further, she just told me that it wasn't their issue and that I would have to take it up with USPS. I then called USPS and they told me that the tracking number was correct and that they delivered it to the correct place. Later that night, we got the shoes. Oneness had the wrong tracking code that they sent me. My son then opened the shoes and put them on and said one shoe felt different than the other (the shoes were for him). He took the shoe off and looked inside to find the elastic strap that holds the tongue down was already ripped. These are supposed to be brand new shoes. I then called Oneness a few times the next morning and got what seemed to be voicemail for a cell phone (weird...). After calling a few times, someone finally picked up. It was the same girl I spoke to the day before. I let her know that the shoes were ripped and that they had given me the tracking code. She told me that she knew (apparently she knows everything?) for sure that no one had ever tried on the shoes in the store and that it was the manufacturer to blame. I told her about the tracking code and she said that was automated so she's not sure how that even happened. She told me to not be snappy. At no point did they try to look into anything to do actual customer service. They were abrasive from the get-go. I'd NEVER do business with them again. EVER. In fact, I didn't ask for a replacement, I just asked for my money back. They seem to push the blame to everyone else instead of taking any ownership. They don't care about the customer and only care about collecting the money. As a person who owns a business, I'd be worried to have people like this working for me and processes that are this broken.
I use to buy from this company Alot ,and I do mean alot.I have a very large following on IG as well.I use to refer my Sneakerheads to this website .Until I had my disagreement with one of the customer service reps. They use to not specify men/women/kid shoes. So upon purchasing a shoe from this company for my wife it turns out it was a men's shoe and size. They not only charge me shipping. But also refunded me instead of shipping out a size she could fit.Ive bought up to 5 pairs of shoes at once from this company. That was about 2 years ago.Ive stuck to my guns and never bought there again.
I ordered a pair of Adidas NMD's based off of their website. Pictured showed the shoes were all black and white and when I recieved them they were black and blue. I emailed them shortly and they go on to tell me based off the code # thats what I ordered. This is after I had sent him pictures of both the shoe I got and screen shots of their website. After going back and forth they proceed to tell me I can return it but I have to take the hit in shipping it back! Really? I buy something on their site and they send me the incorrect item and I have to pay to return it???? They even say its a 1 time courtesy that I won't be penalized their restocking fee? How is that a courtesy when the mistake is on them? I ask how that all works and even for an explanation and got none. I'm scared to even send back the shoes as some of these reviews say they wont even process the refund....
Stay away!!!! They do not know good business practices and don't even own up to their own mistakes!!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ONENESS BOUTIQUE. Selectively scams and lies throughout entire communication about their operations.
Sent me the wrong shoes which were returned via shipping label they sent me. Said they would notify me about refund/reship when item was received. When I inquire a week later, claims package wasn't received when tracking said it arrived 4 days earlier. After another angry email, told me it would be shipped that day. When I reach out a week later for a tracking number, order is cancelled because there is "none in stock". Claims item was already refunded when there was none issued.
Keep in mind this is over a span of a month. I also had to explain the situation multiple times when all they had to do was read the previous email. Never have I had customer service this bad in any industry/service. EVER.
Reviews show that they selectively scam and are sketchy with their practices often. Like never sending items months after, charging an unspoken 15% restock fee when an order is cancelled before even processed, etc. Poor excuse for a business and should be shut down for fraud.
I warn you all, DO NOT SHOP with Oneness boutique! They are lying, rude, scammers, from personal experiences. They invoiced me a price $70 more than what the shoes are listed for on their website. When I asked for the breakdown of fees, I received no response. I went to their IG and made a comment and got BLOCKED!
Oneness are a Kentucky US based sneaker boutique who I have ordered from three times now and each and every time, they have provided top tier service and ship out the shoes speedily. Arrives in the UK in a week, expertly packaged. Always respond to emails very promptly. Genuinely cannot fault these guys - they know what they're doing and they do it well.
