AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Bought a hoodie online. The website looks decent and had loads of products. Description said it was premium fleece/velvet and it looks decent quality in the photo. When it arrives it was thin, shiny, awful polyester and nothing like a hoodie. It's like a cheap football jersey with a hoodie and cheap pouch pocket stitched on. The stitches are exposed and falling out and it is so badly made. There is no laundry tag or anything else like a size label. It is beyond disgusting for a premium price.
When I complained the company refused a return and amazingly then changed the description online to say polyester when I pointed out the description was misleading! They then denied it ever said it was fleece/velvet even though every other hoodie is described that way.
The worst online experience ever.
