Bought a tab2 from them thinking they were an Australian store. Received it ok but broke the screen. Because it isn't actually sold in Australia, nobody here can get parts to repair it. OnePlus refer me back to these guys who won't respond to emails. Buy form them at your peril!
Legit store. Was worried if its another scam site, but the phone arrived in good shape within 4 days. Very few reviews about the site, but nothing to worry. Even the agents respond promptly.
I order a one plus pad4 off them on a Sunday and came from Hong Kong to Brisbane Australia on a Wednesday. The web store is legit I was worried because I could not find any reviews.
I took a chance ordering the OnePlus 15R from this site even though there were no reviews at the time, and I’m really glad I did. The phone arrived on time, well-packed, and in perfect condition.
I also want to highlight the customer service, which was very responsive and helpful. They kept me updated about my order and quickly answered my questions, which gave me a lot of confidence as a buyer.
Overall, a great shopping experience and an excellent product. I’m happy to be the first one leaving a review here and would definitely recommend both the phone and this site to others
Do not purchase from them. You are basically blind-buying a phone that you will automatically be committed to, as their return policy is a scam. I've been told multiple lies and passed around to different customer service agents for 4 months at this point, just to get a refund on a $600 phone I purchased and returned brand new. They outsource their trade-in partners and do not communicate with them, treating them as if they're a separate company. If you buy from them and you don't like the phone, you will lose money. This is from someone who has used OnePlus phones for 5+ years and will now be switching because of their God awful customer service.
Excellent customer service. Bought a charger from their store, which initially didn't arrive due to some issues with the delivery service. They responded within 10 minutes to my email and immediately sent a new charger. No hassle or need to prove anything! The product itself works great as well.
