I have to say I was disappointed

I have to say I was disappointed. The removals are very slow and the amount of spam email I received while supposedly under their protection increased dramatically
Some removals were more quickly accomplished when I did it myself!. Not the point of using one rep. Just canceled my subscription after many months.

Positive results by using OneRep

I can see the positive results in the One Rep report that is emailed to me, as well as the website dashboard after logging in. Since OneRep has been removing my personal information from the internet, I have received fewer unwanted solicitations and spam. Customer support is very helpful and responsive. The annual subscription plan is an excellent value. OneRep is an important part of my identity protection plan.

Onerep has been fantastic and terrific…

Onerep has been fantastic and terrific in helping scrub my personal details. My only suggestion is that some people also have my same name and it's not me. It would b useful to set up a tool to solicit input from the client ( me) as to whether I want to proceed with trying to eliminate information that may or may not be my personal information. There are several on my dashboard that are not 'me'.

Utterly useless. Update: worse than useless.

Signed up, page is grayed out and useless. No page navigation. Can't log out. No tech support, phone or email. No nothing.

Next day, asked for additional information. Okay, it got worse.

- The promised callback never occurred. It would have been too much to expect that anyone would answer the phone.

- Waited two hours for the chat Personal Assistant to respond. Again, nothing. Gave up, got this email:

They couldn't get the date right. That was Feb 3, not Feb 4. Maybe they should adjust their calendars.

- Someone named 'Anthony' did eventually send an email. By then I had decided I'd wasted enough time.

- And here I'm asked for 'additional information' about my initial complaint after having given up on them, i.e. to provide free consulting services for them.

- Still waiting for them to delete my account as requested. Still no response. So my complaint has still not been resolved, and I'm still wasting my time.

Regarding the onboarding issue, our review indicates that the problem was related to an outdated browser and Windows operating system that has not been supported since January 14, 2020.
