Y'all are transparent. Options are clear.
I recently got Google AI and I and still trying to figure out how to shut it down. I want my search stuff - not what AI thinks I should receive. I make my own mind up, not what AI serves for information. So far my mind is higher. But I am a challenge because I don't go with he flow. That is a real AI challenge: to the thing the human mind.
I don't think One Rep cares the least of any personal data or ads. They just kill it. If they change so will I.

Removing profiles
You have removed a lot of profiles for me which I appreciate. If any improvements could be made, I would say it does take a fair amount of time to remove them so if there is any way to speed up that process that would be great.

Service is solid but scale is needed
You need to find scale where your service is not as expensive. Meaning, you have competition, like Norton, that offers the same service , but rolls this service into a bundled solution that provides scale and is less expensive to the consumer.
That said, your emails and dashboard are well constructed and easy to interpret.

I would like more detail on the sites with disposition that are on hold for removal. It appears some just will never remove my information and it would be nice to know if there are any steps that can be taken. Thanks, I see your response. Can you advise reasons for denied or maybe its possible for your group to advise this status and maybe I can contact? Much thanks I really appreciate.

I have had it for two years will not be renewing.
It does an automated scan it removes from some of the sites. I have had over 40 sites pending for over 6 months. I have emailed support many times never got a reply.
So if their automated scan works it works. When it fails there is no way to get it to do the rest. I can still search my name and phone number and get many hits. Not just search results but still live data.
Going to try Optery to see if it does better

Having profiles sit “pending” for months without updates is unacceptable, and we are truly sorry this has been your experience.
If you’re open to giving us a chance to make this right, could you please send the list (or screenshots) of sites that have been pending? We’ll prioritize those immediately.
Unfortunately, we were unable to locate any records of prior communication or evidence that you have used our service in the past. At this time, we also cannot find an active account associated with your information.
We’ve made several attempts to reach out but haven’t received a response, which makes it difficult for us to proceed further without sufficient proof of an active service.
If you can provide any additional details — such as the email address used for registration, transaction receipts, or other relevant information — we’ll be happy to investigate this matter further.
Even if you ultimately decide to move on, we’d still like the opportunity to leave you with the service level you originally expected when you joined us.

One Rep does eventually clear listings but done takes very long time. In those cases it would seem prudent to notify the customer. Perhaps some direct involvement is called for.

One rep has been absolutely fantastic on my account, however, I referred you and the person said not much is happening at all as far as anything being removed. He was very disappointed and he can’t even tell if you guys are still working on it or not.
