Company does not honor their own terms of service. Their cancellation policy is within 1 hour of order confirmation.

Made an order, cancelled order in under an hour as I immediately changed my mind in not wanting the product. This cancellation request was totally disregarded. Minutes later, filed dispute with credit card company, figured they'd handle it. I was contacted three days later by Oneshotminer saying "I tried my very best to cancel your order.".

Ended up getting unwanted product. To be fair, I didn't try returning, but honestly, I highly doubt they would've honored this as well. Then got payment demand letter later on, and suddenly they were very communicative.

TLDR - trash company run by trash human beings running a thinly legal scam. Will not communicate except to extract something from you.

Absolutely terrible company. I received my miner and it would not connect to the internet so it could function. I reached out to the company and they sent me how to videos. Those also did not work. I then asked for a refund. They offered me 30% stating I would have to return to the device to Europe and that would be expensive. I took the 30% refund offer but nothing happened. When I followed up they acted as if I had never emailed before. This happened several times. They then offered me a 50% refund which I also did not receive. We went in circles again. They then offered me a full refund. Suprise this didn't happen either. I again followed up and nothing. I then went to American Express who I used to pay for the device. Amex conducted an investigation using the email correspondence I sent AMEX between One Shot Miner and myself. Amex issued a full refund. I was recently contacted by Competency Collective LLC who bullied me with legal action to pay them. Which I did as I am a 100% disabled veteran and do not have means to fight them in court. Terrible product and worse customer service.

Scammer company. This is fake. Ordered mine at beginning of December and never came. They sent me an email saying they refunded but I was in fact never refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I had a bad experience with this company. They did not meet my expectations. All their promises are fake, and you will end up in the darkness if you continue with them. But #Crop Mines.....has proven to be the best alternative that assures good returns without delay.

Very easy to set up and get going. Even if they never mine a block or anything, these are still a really cool show piece to have in my gaming room / office area. I 3D printed a wall case to have all 4 of the miners on display that I got. Easy to run firmware updates, fun little project to assemble, no complaints here!

Arrived in short times, very easy to setup, and it's a little good to have gadget in your room, even just to showoff.
Hope to win that block very soon!

Setup and assembly wasnt difficult at all. Align the pieces, screw it all together, and plug it in. Scan the QR code and configure your wifi settings. Just make sure to plug it into a regular USB power, and not through your computer 😁 No block yet, but its working for me

Hello, I'm an engineer and GenX. I've been owning and trading crypto, including Bitcoin, for almost a decade on exchanges. I had never mined for Bitcoin, and frankly, didn't know the process in terms of how to configure a miner or what a mining pool was. I bought 4 oneshot miners on a 4 for 3 deal so I could learn. These little miners do indeed mine for Bitcoin, and although not as powerful as commercial mining operations, they do teach you how the configuration works for all Bitcoin miners. You buy these for the learning experience and a real shot at solving a block while solo or lottery mining. Oneshot miner responded to all my questions when configuring and it led me to create my own wallet. They look cool on my desk, use hardly no power, and generate little heat. If you want learn, expand through experience, create your own wallet to get off exchanges, and have a cool hobby...then I recommend you start with these small oneshot miners.

Fun and interesting product! Works as intended. Great conversation piece. As long as you go in and purchase with reasonable expectations of not hitting a jackpot, you will be satisfied-the product works and functions as intended.

Also, on a side note, I had an issue with updating mine and I reached out to the company via Instagram and they walked me through the troubleshooting process. They were friendly and informative.

My package never arrived and it’s been a month now I’ve been trying to call contact them via email. They never answer the phone. I only get an email by some lady named Mia and they keep on asking me the same questions that I got a contact their delivery personnel and then the delivery personnel tells me I got a contact one shot miner I’ve been trying to contact them so I can get a full refund because they cannot do their diligence on their end and just simply contact their delivery people to update my information. I am very disappointed in this with this people, I will not recommend anybody to buy anything from them by the looks of it now they’re just trying to steal your money.

Product arrived after 5 weeks and had no details in the License and device settings so it could not be used, wasted weeks with emails back and forth for no help at all. It's like the service is run by an AI bot that sends back the same basic answer every time and never fixes the issue.

Pretty impressed. Got some issues with my first order, but eventually got them solved. Few days later I talked with the co founder Giovanni and he suggested a more high powered miner. This time everything was fine and I am satisfied. Good job guys.

I have tried reaching out to support 5 times now in order to get my One Shot Miner fixed from the loading screen. It has been on this screen for 5 days now! They advertise 24/7 support but that is NOT the case! Worst customer service/support!

I bought 2 of these things and the manual/instructions included are nothing like the machines once plugged in as directed. Tried to get some help to no avail. It's now 4th Feb, after writing the above they finally reached out but I am no closer to having an operating product despite reaching out a few days ago. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
