I had never used a travel consolidator and contacted 5 different companies for a trip to Melbourne, Australia. Decided to go with OneSkies and Robert Walker. Their pricing was a bit more than one of the other companies but my experience/communication with Robert tipped the scales in favor of working with him and OneSkies. Throughout the entire process, he was easy to deal with, thorough, and not at all high pressured. There was a system error on the part of the airline and Robert was able to rectify that and correct the mistake. All I had to do was let him know about the situation and he promptly took care of the rest. I will continue to use OneSkies and Robert for all of my future travel requirements.

Our travel coordinator, Ashley B., was terrific. She was courteous and effective with no pressure. She took our travel request and assessed our requirements then expeditiously developed several options for our review. Amazing customer service! We will use OneSkies again because of Ashley.
