Emma has been brilliant
Emma has been brilliant, we have used her for complicated matters (buy new and remortgage 2nd home) at the same time. Which we were unsure if it was possible. Emma gave us some great advice, and ensured that we got the best deal. When it came to buying again we had no hesitation in using her and again fabulous service. I couldn’t recommend more.

Can't recommend One Step Mortgages enough!
Both Emma and Kirt were absolutely fantastic when helping me secure my first mortgage. They were always there and happy to answer any questions. They made the entire process easy and made sure they kept me informed throughout.

Emma helped me with my mortgage when we recently moved. She was great and very proactive in getting everything done in a tight timescale. She was always there to answer any questions we had and secured the best deal for us. Would highly recommend.
