I have use this company for the third time now laying having self level laid and then my wooden flooring dumban amazing job. I can’t thought the guy worked very professional arrives on time. Very clean worker doesn’t let you down going to be using him again for the other room in the house. I will definitely recommend him and his work and his quality of work to anyone who’s having flooring done.

One Stop Flooring UK made my flooring upgrade simple and stress-free. Their website is easy to navigate, and I loved the range of styles, especially in their LVT and laminate collections. I found the quality to be far better than what I saw in high street stores, and their nationwide delivery was prompt. They were upfront about pricing, including per m² and pack prices, and there were no hidden charges. Excellent experience from start to finish!

Brady supplied a competetive quote and took the order effortleslly, however the carrier was difficult apparently they attempted delivery but couldn't get on to the road to offload and took the flooring away without attempting any contact. This then led to numerous phone calls to/from Brady who dealt with the situation very well, and despite all the frustration, a different team successfully delivered our order 4 days later. Thanks to Brady for his perseverence in chasing up the distribution company for us.

Awful service also sells out of stock products they can’t deliver then leaves you waiting for a refund, had to cancel my fitter because of it.

This company had the best price for Kharrs Oak Cornwall and I required 34 packs.
So saved quite a bit of money in comparision to others prices.
I phoned numerous times with queries and the staff were always most patient and helpful.
My order came very quickly and was well packed and in perfect condition.

We were impressed with the service from One Stop Flooring. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the flooring arrived within 3 days. The price was also the best we found anywhere. The courier who delivered wasn't so good - 1 man with a large curtain-sided lorry needed our help to offload the wood flooring and insisted he had to leave the pallet with us, as it was taking up space on his (almost empty) vehicle.

My 2nd order and yet again an all round pleasant experience. Delivery was fast and efficient with an extremely helpful driver. The price in my opinion cannot be beaten ( believe me I did look ) With no damage on both orders I am 100% satisfied with one stop flooring.
