Very happy with my new hoops! Customer service was great, they didn't have the colour I wanted but contacted me and offered alternatives. The hoops arrived promptly and are exactly as I expected.

Beautiful product and perfect service. I had a ten min phone conversation with this wonderful woman about my order and she was fantastic. I definitely would recommend using one stop hoop stop for all your hooping needs.

i love my hoops
They were so helpful and quick at responding.
I love my hoops and will be buying more in the future.
The delivery itself took awhile and I will probably ask to pay more on the delivery so it arrives quicker.
But that's not a criticism.
