I completed my intensive driving course with Andy and I couldn’t recommend him more. He was understanding, contentious and encouraging and really made me feel at ease after being a bit anxious to start driving again. I passed first time with one minor in Norwich. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend One Stop Intensives and would highly recommend Adnan as he was extremely calm, patient, and made me feel very comfortable driving. This built my confidence massively and ensured I felt prepared going into my driving test.

I completed the 5-day intensive course with Luke Gill at One Stop Intensives and I honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough. From the very first lesson right up until I passed my driving test today, Luke was absolutely brilliant.

Luke is a fantastic instructor – patient, knowledgeable, calm and incredibly supportive. He explains everything clearly and makes sure you fully understand each part of driving, which really helped build my confidence throughout the week. Even when something felt challenging, he stayed positive and broke things down in a way that made it much easier to improve.

The intensive course itself was very well structured and Luke made every lesson count. We focused on the areas that mattered most for the test while also building safe driving habits for the future. His professionalism, encouragement and great teaching style made a huge difference.

Thanks to Luke’s guidance and support throughout the whole week, I passed my driving test today, which I’m absolutely delighted about.

I would highly recommend One Stop Intensives and especially Luke Gill to anyone thinking about doing an intensive driving course. A genuinely excellent experience from start to finish!

Working with adnan bhatti, was more of an enjoyable experience than I could have possibility anticipated, and the only down side to him getting me to a zero faults pass, is I’ll miss the time on the road with him.

He took me from absolute no driving experience, to zero faults, whilst feeling like I was just driving with a friend I had known already for years.

He is the perfect mixture, of calm and reassuring, with also correcting and consistent.

I would and WILL be recommending him to my personal family and friends, and couldn’t recommend him to those out there perhaps reading this enough.

The experiance was amazing overall and by the end of the course i felt 100 percent ready for the test and was able to pass 1st try.

Shane was realy easy to get along with and his way of teaching made it realy easy to follow and put into practice during the sessions so come test time i felt calm and ready.

I can't recommend Andy and Graeme enough! They were brilliant at keeping me calm and focused, and their teaching style is top-tier. I always knew exactly where I needed to improve thanks to their professional feedback. After a bad experience with a different company, these guys were a breath of fresh air. A definite 10/10!

I’ve just finished my 5 day intensive driving course with Graeme and I can’t recommend him enough. I started the week with very little experience/knowledge but learnt so much in such a short time.

Graeme is really calm, patient and easy to talk to, which made a huge difference when learning. He explains things very clearly and carefully which helped my confidence a lot.

I found onestop to be very good, especially my instuctor wayne, he was very paitent with me, talked me through everything and made me feel alot more comfortable with driving, my confidence has grown. I would highly recommend onestop and wayne.

My instructor really boosted my confidence with driving! She got me through to a pass on my practical examination. I’d had some driving experience beforehand however I’d had a very long break. Shabina was very thorough when teaching and made me confident on the roads!

My instructor Graeme was really helpful and patient, took his time teaching and gave me the confidence I need, I have got a first time driving test pass with him.

I had an intensive with Luke Gill just passed and had 0 minors. Made me feel at ease and couldn’t want a better driving instructor.

I had Adnan as my driving instructor, and he was very helpful, especially when it came to making mistakes. I had a few extra lessons after my intensive which I felt made me feel more confident for my test, and Adnan was very supportive with mistakes and informed me how to fix them.

I had an instructor called Jason Keyte and he was absolutely fabulous. Not only did he support me to drive by teaching me the vital and essential skills, he also was able to knock bad habits out of my driving abilities as given to me by a previous instructor. Jason was a great instructor and also a great man, very easy to talk to as I had a lot going on at the time and he is a credit to the company with the way he upholds himself in a polite, kind, and respectful manner. He was always able to squeeze in extra lessons including the day of my test, along with a further two hours which he gave me out of his own pocket in his own time, from what i can only assume out of the kindness of his heart and sympathy for what me and my family were going through. If i could give Jason more stars than i would.

I would say the only reason that I couldn’t give a 5 stars is due to the customer service received. I was told that I would get a reimbursement from the company if I managed to get my own test date, which I did after not hearing back anything after 3 weeks of trying to fast track me. Their test date to get me on the system was on the 28th march and i managed to get one solely by myself for the 7th March. I want the company to know that if it was purely based on Jason’s knowledge and skill it would be a 5 stars.

Communication was easy and clear. My instructor was graeme who pushed me in my intensive week and helped when necessary allowing me to learn for myself while also maintaining road safety. Great guy highly recommend.

My experience with one stop intensives was great, my instructor Wayne was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient whilst i was learning, encouraging me and keeping me calm. I highly recommend learning with one stop intensive's!

Done a cours in Lowestoft with Luke and he got me from zero to test ready so quick. He somehow made my mistakes into learning tools and not patronising me or making me feel like I should already know how to do it. Now waiting for my test hopefully in the next 2 weeks bosh 👊🏼

This driving experience brilliant, my driving instructor hizam was really good and understanding, the service I got with the instructor and also the team to get me a test straight away when hizam thought I was ready, I passed first time which is always a bonus, hats off to them👏🏼 great company, definitely recommend 🚗

Title: Follow-up: Still extremely disappointed

Following William’s review regarding Georgia’s lessons, I want to add my perspective as her mum.

We are both very unhappy with how this company handled things.
• The test was offered in Dorchester by the company, not requested by us, yet they try to make it look like it was our choice.
• We were not provided with a test date within 14 days; over six weeks passed with no confirmation in Preston or Dorchester.
• Repeated attempts to contact the company by phone and email were largely ignored — including by Georgia herself, William, and me.
• Communication with the Dorchester instructor was poor and took another couple of weeks to resolve, adding unnecessary delays.
• Helen, the original instructor, was brilliant and supportive, but even she could not get clear information from the company.
• Georgia paid a £479 deposit, of which only £165 was refunded, while all actual lessons were paid directly to Helen (£800).

Because of these delays and poor communication, Georgia has now decided to take her test independently in her own car locally, to avoid losing the progress and confidence she built with Helen.

The company’s handling of communication, scheduling, and refunds was unprofessional, misleading, and stressful. Parents should be very cautious when considering their services.

I would strongly advise anyone considering One Stop Intensive’s to think very carefully before booking.

Their website gives a clear impression that you are booking a one-week intensive course with your driving test booked for the end of that week. Based on this, I took a full week off work and drove my daughter from Bournemouth to Preston, as that is where they operate and where we have family. We planned our entire week around the understanding that her test would be at the end of the course.

“One Stop Intensives provides intensive driving tuition and courses that run Monday through Friday.
These courses provide you with five days of practical driving training, online theory test lessons and lectures as well as your theory test and practical driving test at the end of the week.” (Direct copy and paste from their website)

After paying £800 upfront to the instructor for 20 hours of lessons, we received no itinerary and very little communication from the company. When I asked the instructor whether a test had been booked, she didn’t know. When I contacted One Stop Intensive’s directly, I was told tests are not booked until after the course is completed and the student is deemed “test ready” — something that was absolutely not made clear beforehand. It’s not until you really dig through their website that you uncover this information.

I was then told moving the test location closer to home (we live near Bournemouth/Poole) would not be a problem as they operate nationwide. However, once the week ended, they became completely uncontactable. Even the instructor couldn’t reach them. We were left not knowing whether a test had been booked or whether we had simply lost our £479 deposit.

After repeated emails, I eventually got a response and was offered a new instructor near Poole. However, we were then told they would only cover ONE hour with the new instructor and that we would need to pay for at least 5 additional hours at £40 per hour. That’s an extra £200+ on top of everything already paid.

To simplify matters, we asked to move the test back to Preston and I would drive my daughter there again. At that point, they stopped responding entirely. For almost a month I sent emails and made calls that went unanswered. I even texted one of the bosses, Andy, who briefly replied asking me to email — which were then ignored.

It was only after finding a new contact number via Facebook that I managed to get any response. The outcome? An offer of just £165 refund from the £479 deposit — despite them failing to arrange a test or provide the service that was implied at booking.

In total, we paid £1,114 for 20 hours of driving lessons in Preston — with no test arranged and no proper support. My daughter saved for a year to afford this course and has been left extremely upset and out of pocket.

The lack of communication, misleading advertising, and refusal to resolve the issue properly has been incredibly stressful and disappointing. Looking at other reviews, this does not appear to be an isolated incident.

If you want a straightforward, transparent and professional intensive driving course, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
