Had Shabina as a driving instructor. She was excellent, great detail of instructions, helpful during stressful moments, great price! And wonderful experience.

An absolutely incredible instructor

I’ve just passed my driving test today after doing lessons with my instructor (Alan). What a nice bloke. He knows what he’s talking about and gives fantastic pointers and advice. Thanks Alan it was a pleasure

So glad I went with One stop intensive and especially happy that I had Graeme in Lowestoft as a driving instructor. Through his supportive teaching I was able to pass my test this week. After struggling with confidence, Graeme taught in a way which built up confidence and made passing seem possible. I was thrilled with the support given, from his communication to availability when my test was close. The way he teaches
manoeuvres really works especially if you know they aren’t your strong point as he gets you to not overthink them which helped me. I honestly don’t think I would have passed if it wasn’t for his teaching style. I done my intensive on the week beginning the 20th October and passed my test on the 24th November which with current test waiting times is amazing. Thank you One Stop and thank you Graeme. I highly recommended them both.

Andy was the best, he helped me pass within the same month of teaching me how to drive, from being nervous to feeling confident at the end of my test. He put in the extra time to be patient with me no matter how many mistakes I made, he done a few extra hours with me before my test to push my confidence, I couldn’t of asked for a better instructor.

Luke from One Stop was my driving instructor and honestly couldn’t recommend him enough! He made every lesson really clear, and enjoyable, which helped my confidence loads.Thanks to luke I passed first time! If you’re looking for someone patient and down to earth who really knows how to get you test-ready definitely recommend!

Adnan was a very good instructor and I would highly recommend him.. really enjoyed my time in the car with adnan and he made me a great driver and I passed first time with only 1 minor..

I done an intensive course in Norwich and got my test within 3 weeks having no previous driving experience and passed first time, I can’t believe I’ve gone from being 0 to being passed so quick!

I completed my course in norwich with my instructor Adnan. Booking the course was very easy and straightforward, also the communication from the company and my instructor was brilliant! Any questions I had were quickly answered to make me feel assured.
During the course Adnan was excellent, very knowledgeable and made learning easy and really enjoyable , I felt I really improved after every session .
Onestop were able to book a test for me very quickly and I passed 1st time .
Very impressed with the company and the course overall and would highly recommend to everybody wanting to learn to drive.
A massive thank you to all at Onestop especially my instructor Adnan for helping me gain my licence!

Truly terrible. Course was booked for January this year and still isn't completed. The instructor vanished off the face of the earth and Andy wouldn't help me because "the instructors are self employed" after adding a negative review Andy contacted me and offered me 8 hours and to pay for a second test should I fail the first.

Why waste your money here when you can go elsewhere and get what you pay for?

During this last year I've had to attend appointments as my wife has cancer and was a reason why I needed my license. This has made it so much more difficult then it should have been.

It has taken almost a year, I've had to go into my own pocket yet again to find an instructor because one stop were so unreliable. It's cost my the price of the course plus hundreds more and I'm still without a license.

Andy, the owner contacted me after I put up a bad review and begged me to remove it. He promised me if I failed my test he would pay for the next as an apology and he is now refusing. When I first asked for a test date I was sent a response that said "we don't know who Andy is" and the email was signed off as Andy. They don't know who he is but they sign his name on their emails. It is no almost a year later and this company hasn't stopped surprising me in the worst possible ways. Avoid at all costs and never use these scam artists.

Andy has now told me he is actually called David and he runs a boxing gym on the weekends. In other words he is now threatening me. I have screenshots to prove It and those are also on Google reviews for the company. Absolute disgraceful from a company. I will not be intimidated and this has been reported to the authorities.

After leaving this review I was contacted as you can see here on the replies and was offered the driving test. They expected a written statement from me that "I wouldn't do it again" what this refers to I have no idea. I assume it means leave a negative review. So ask yourself why this company has so few negative reviews because it seems glaringly obvious to me.

I had Luke from lowestoft as my driving instructor, i found him very patient and easy to get along with, and made driving fun for me, i enjoyed my lessons every week couldn't recommend him enough.

I did an intensive course with one stop I passed with Luke with only 1 minor honestly couldn’t recommend this company and especially the instructor more he made my experience so enjoyable and non stressful he really makes you feel comfortable and confident within your driving skills I couldnt have passed without him he’s a very good instructor and easy to learn from highly recommend starting your driving lessons with him

I can’t thank Wayne enough for all he did for me! And I can now say I passed my test today all thanks to Wayne

We received excellent customer service from start to finish.
Hizam was a brilliant instructor, nothing was too much trouble.
We got a practical test the same week as our intensive course which was amazing (theory test was included too but this was passed before the course)
Would definitely recommend using onestop intensives.
