Excellent Service
My wife dropped her phone and smashed the screen. I went in to seek advice and a price for the work. Great advice and good price quoted. I dropped the phone off about 11am a few days later and had it back fixed by 4.30pm.
I can't recommend them too highly.

I am no good at techy things at all ....so so helpful on two occasions have made a house call to install items and set up for me .....new phone purchased and everything reloaded and set up for me on new phone .....nothing is to much trouble

Great customer service, excellent tech!
I bought an Alldocube iPlay 40 tablet from OneTech Gadgets via Amazon. It was a decent price and was delivered really quickly.
Unfortunately the tablet was faulty and had an issue with the touch screen. I messaged OneTech and they got back to me straight away. They have a WhatsApp so the responses were really quick.
After trying to fix the problem over the phone it was clear there was a manufacturing issue with the tablet and they agreed to send me a replacement.
I posted back the faulty one and received the replacement a few days later. The new one works perfectly and it's a great tablet
I didn't get the person's name who I spoke to but they did a great job, excellent customer service. I'll be looking here first the next time I need to buy some tech.

It was by far one of worst services…
It was by far one of worst services ever experienced. My old phone broke and I had no other phone. When placing the order, it was clearly mentioned that I would receive the phone in 3 days time, for which I also paid an extra amount for faster delivery. However, it took around 15 days to have the phone delivered. What was worse was that it took 3 days, for these guys to inform me of the delay and the reasons for the same. Basically, on the day I was waiting for the delivery of the package, I rather received a message saying that it will take 15 days to deliver. Worse than that, they tried to give me an excuse that they were trying to reach me on phone. Seriously, only if I had my old phone in working condition, why would I even order a new phone. Part of common sense!!

Thanks for your feedback. We checked your order details and found you placed the order on eBay on 18 April which was Sunday and your delivery address was in Belfast N. Ireland. You ordered Asus ZenFone 7 from our eBay store. Our eBay team contacted you immediately during working hours on your phone number provided in the order to inform you that delivery time is between 10-15 days to Belfast as we need to dispatch your order from the EU warehouse. Your phone number was not reachable so we left a message on eBay. Asus stopped doing this model and it was not available in the UK anymore so we had to arrange this for you from our supplier's Warehouse in the EU. You also contacted us on WhatsApp support from your friend's mobile where we kept you informed regularly.
Your order was delivered within 10 working days.
Your messages on WhatsApp indicated you were happy with our customer service however your poor review doesn't reflect that. Your last message on WhatsApp was, "Yes, finally it arrived. Thanks for all your support and swift responses!"
We are disappointed that despite all our efforts and regular communication you rated us poorly which is not a true reflection of the service we provided to you.
When you place an order online you need to carefully read the sellers shipping policy which mentioned that the seller is not responsible for any delays caused by logistics. You also need to bear in mind that due to Pandemic all couriers are taking extra time for delivery and your address was in Belfast N.Ireland which takes a long time for delivery than in England. All this was explained and communicated to you and you agreed to wait. You have to be fair and appreciate the efforts that our customer service have put in processing and delivering your order and not blame us for the delay in shipping which we are not responsible for. We take pride in offering the best customer services to all our valued customers but understand it's not possible to please everyone at all times.

A very positive experience.
Repaired a broken screen and replaced battery on mobile phone. Parts had to be ordered and arrived a few days later. Repair was completed within a few hours using manufacturers original parts - not inferior generic screen offered elsewhere. A very positive experience from first telephone contact through to collecting repaired item.
