I would recommend Matthew to anyone who is not technically up to date. His assistance over the years (8 years) has maintained us in a situation we can help. This is achieved through using descriptions and language we can understand.

I selected One Technician from a long list after my daughter pointed out the reviews they had on social media. My reason for wanting IT assistance was because my computer , both hardware and software were out of date, being some 15 years old , and I needed it to be appraised as to whether it could be 'updated' or needed to be replaced. I made an appointment with Matthew of One Technician who arrived on time and after a review, the conclusion was , replacement. There was no pressure as to what kit to buy and several options were discussed. I purchased my new system from One Technician and it was delivered and installed in a matter of days. Throughout the exercise Matthew was very patient , polite and did a good job which included the transfer of data etc. I would not hesitate to recommend One Technician.

Matthew is very professional and great person to work with. He solve my email issues promptly and help me add things that my small business needed. He is kind and is patience with answer question. Will definitely recommend and staying with his business. If you any doubts don't hesitate to ask.

Expert knowledge of IT and all the "stuff" surrounding it. Fixed my UHD TV, Sky box, booster and new router. Polite and respectful of two oldies who barley know a router from a TV.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Matthew was extremely approachable and talked me through the issues with my laptop. Everything was explained to me and fixed really quickly and for the work involved and the cost of the parts, the service provided was excellent value. I would definitely go back to One Technician next time I have a problem.

I HAVE NOW EMPLOYED ONE TECHNICIAN AND BEEN VERY IMPREESSED WITH THEIR PROMPT AND EFFICIENT SERVICE AND BRINGING MY COMPUTER UP TO DATE AND GOOD REASONABLE SECURITY SYSTEM.
