Check the place they work on google maps; everything is out of stock. I think OneTesla is just moving. So, I will give them a chance in till a little while.

Hi onetesla company i am 13 years old and i have been gathering up money for a year now and i am very close to getting the needed money to buy the oneteslaTS. BUT i just checked the site and looked carefully at all the details i noticed that everything, except for the graphic T shirt was out of stock I live in South africa and i wonder if this is due to my location Please respond to this so i can buy it in the future kind regards davian

Ordered two weeks ago, paid 100+$ for express shipping and yet order is still on "processing"

Tried to contact the support but got an error saying "Unable to submit your request. Please, try again later"

I will be contacting my credit card company to issue a refund if this does not get resolved within the next 7 days

Their support mail is also dead, and they have not responded to the open PayPal claim either

I have to agree with the negative comments unfortunately. It's been months now with the same excuse listed to the other reviewers. Out of stock. In my case I want a replacement Atmega, (theirs didn't work) so I bought some on Amazon. However, Onetesla claims they cannot get one till December. I am posting this in June of 2022. Unfortunately I cannot operate this without a functional SD card interrupter/pre-loaded atmega. I was willing to accept I made a mistake and ordered another 150 dollar SD interupter. I have not recieved one, and I think others should look elsewhere.

The oneTesla TS is freaking awesome!!!! The videos don't do it any justice! Just floored by how awesome this coil is! Intense discharge for such a small package! And man you weren't kidding about needing the ear plugs!

Just as so many others I have been scammed. They took my money I never got the tesla coil. I asked for a refund many times and they just stopped answering.

The TS is a pretty good Tesla coil kit.

Pros:
-Clear, English instructions with email support (the Chinese kits are *really* confusing!)
-DRSSTC with MIDI and SD card - only product at this price with these features
-Nice clean design, slick PCB primary and spun toroid make it look really good
-Good spark performance for a coil of its size

Cons:
-Small parts really could use clearer labeling - I had to go look up the part numbers on the voltage regulators
-Secondary end caps are not fun to assemble

A recommended buy, as long as you pay attention to the instructions to avoid arcs inside the secondary.

This kit was great! Bought the oneTeslaTS Musical Tesla Coil Kit as a fun project to keep me busy during this COVID-19 nonsense. It took about four hours to do all of the soldering, and then I just had to slap some varnish on the secondary coil. That took a few days to apply a few coats. Put the whole thing together and wow! Huge sparks! The neighbors must have been wondering what's going on over here! It is LOUD. Good times. Might even buy a second one so I can have them do duets!

Just got my kit. Very impressed with the quality and packaging. I ordered the wrong item. Marissa was more than willing to correct my mistake before it shipped.

The oneTesla TS kit is a great value. I was especially pleased with the professionally made secondary and toroid.

I bought a oneTeslaTs kit for my son for Xmas and he LOVED it. THe perfect gift for a physics major!

Great product! The TS kit I received was easy to assemble, the instructions were clear, and the Tesla coil performed superbly. They addressed every question I had.

Same experience as everyone else. Purchased a kit and they took my money right away. There was a stated 2 week lead time, but no word or shipment in over a month. I contacted them and they promised to ship out at the beginning of the following week. Ok, so I waited. One more week turned into another month with no word or shipment. I tried to cancel the order, but they kept coming back with discount offers. After repeated attempts to cancel I finally got them to agree to cancel the order and give a refund....however, this was only after many emails and phone messages. The rub is this though, it is now past the 3-5 business days they said it would take for the money to be refunded and no refund has been given. I assume this whole company is a complete scam and I must now go through my bank to try to get my money back. Beware!!! This company lies through its teeth!! You would be better off ripping up your money and flushing it down the toilet than giving it to them.

Ordered in March 2019 - nothing arrived within 6 month except for about 8 advertisements with discounts - this is bull****! What are they thinking - why giving discounts without ship the oneTeslaTS? I am extremely disappointed!

I've waited more than two months now for my order which stil haven't been shipped. They keep on making excuses about a missing part that will come the following week. This has been going on for more than a month now even though I email them every week. I'm beginning to think it's a scam. They sure aren't very professional. Their product has been marked as "on stock" all this time on their webpage even though I pointed it out.
