Efficient, prompt and professional

We bought our 80 square metres of wood flooring from One Wood Floors. Now 2 years later Dimi and Sam came to clean and redo the oiling. They did a superb job, first checking the condition of the floors, then sanding, cleaning and recoiling. The flooring now looks new and is protected. The management, Terry and Paul were helpful throughout and happy to give advice on when to put furniture back etc. We would not hesitate to recommend One Wood Floors to our family and friends. Super service from One Wood Floors, prompt, on time from day one. Many thanks to Paul the installer, nothing was to much for him to do, any problems, he would work around them. Such a perfectionist! My hall and lounge look great, with the flooring now in place. So much so, that I do not want to put any furniture back to cover it up!

Excellent service from Terry & Paul at One Wood Floors. They measured up the space to give an accurate cost for the quantity of flooring. They checked the floor moisture levels twice before fitting the new floor (new extension with underfloor heating in a concrete sub floor) and did a great job fitting the new floor in the time frame as promised. Nice people but various hiccups with start dates, errors made during the job and lack of communication. The way they were going to tackle the job was not explained well at the start and that led to avoidable misunderstandings. Priced well to competitors (middle range) and we wanted to go local. Largely happy with the end result but overall experience could have been better. Various requests for a call back were unsuccessful despite promises from staff.
