Excellent effective friendly individual service from Edinburgh to Skye from shop enquiry to delivery.

So pleased to have found this company. Fair trade, good quality and reasonable prices..what's not to like? So I've decided I'm always going to look here first.

Bought a rug, blanket and few bits and pieces. I'm so chuffed that I ordered another blanket straight away. Friendly and prompt service too.

I am very pleased with the products delivered and the service I have received. One of the items ordered had to be substituted and the communication with the vendor about this was very prompt and clear.

My daughter was absolutely thrilled with her Garnet and Silver Stamped Bead Earrings. They were part of her 25th Birthday present, of which she had no idea she was receiving. The earrings were beautiful and so unique, suited my daughter to a 't'! The gift case that they came in was a gorgeous finishing touch to.

I love visiting this shop in Edinburgh as they have many interesting items very suitable as gifts. Also I feel happy to think that even if it turns out to be not exactly what the person would have chosen for themselves at least the purchase has helped some deserving person in the world! This Christmas I ordered some items online to click-and-collect and the service was brilliant, all ready and labelled to hand out to me when I went in. The staff are so friendly and helpful it makes shopping there a very pleasant experience.

Wonderful service from the One World shop, somewhere I used to love visiting when I lived in Edinburgh. First of all the website is full of beautiful unusual and useful fair trade items, and my order came quickly, carefully packed, no plastic involved .Information provided about the background of each item and how the communities themselves benefit is reassuring and inspiring to read.The shop took care to message me about one item being unavailable and removed this from the bill. I spoke to someone as I was considering a return of some earrings-and they were extremely helpful, however I decided to keep everything as the quality was superb.It’s the first time I’ve ordered online from them and I highly recommend the service.Christmas shopping with a heart for people and the planet, rather than the commercial experience of some “ major retailers” well done One World Shop!

You can never go into the shop and come out without buying anything! Excellent range of stock from some wonderful producers. I love my earrings and have now got a Christmas sorted for several on my list. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

I ordered some edible goodies to send as a gift. One World shop had a good selection of Fair Trade treats. The postage charge was reasonable and they were packed and delivered within 2 days. Great service. I also live going in person to their beautiful shop at the West End.

Bought lovely calendars for my vegan daughters. Unique product arrived on time. Definitely will be shopping online here again.

My favourite shop in Edinburgh, and since lockdown I've use the online service regularly for fairtrade staples and treats. Deliveries are quick and reliable, and the one time an item wasn't in stock the refund was processed almost instantly.

Living in New Zealand, we were having difficulty finding the One World Calendar for 2022 which we wanted as Christmas presents. Then I found the One World shop in the UK. Although they did not seem to have a facility to send overseas, I have a NZ Post forwarding address in the UK, which enabled me to get it sent there, and NZ Post did the rest - for an extra fee, of course. Nevertheless, thrilled with the prompt, helpful and friendly responses from Lorna who reassured me that my order was fulfilled, and they arrived here yesterday. After receiving a gift voucher from One World Shop, I put in an order from their online site. The items arrived well packaged and are stunning - I particularly love the beautiful range of bird art cards and Christmas cards. Communication was good and delivery was faster than expected. I will have to visit the store in person!

I stumbled across this shop online when looking for a specific fair trade item (which they had.) Have since ordered from them a second time and am so pleased with everything I ordered. Arrived promptly and very well packaged. Will definitely be buying from this lovely shop again, only wish I was nearer to Edinburgh and could drop in in person but live about 400 miles away!!
