Outstanding retailer on all levels
I have used OL on three occasions. The first was for ceiling fans. The price was the best on the net and they arrived in Cairns right on time. After this great experience I used them twice again for certain lights that no other retailer had and that even the distributor said was unavailable.
Not only did they find the light, it was the newer version with the updated and better bulb configuration.
O L are now my 'go to' supplier, could not be happier with them.

Highly recommended
They dispatched the order quickly and it arrived in perfect condition. Thank you. I was confused by the order summary and whether GST was or wasn't included in the prices but they helped clear that up (prices are GST inclusive, as required).

unreliable and misleading about what was in stock. It caused us a lot of stress in terms of getting this shipped to our premises. Be careful and make sure you check stock on hand before you purchase if you need stock urgently.

We appreciate your feedback.
We advised Clare that one item from your overall order will be delivered to our warehouse, from a 3rd party storage. As well as this, we had notified her that it would be available the following business day for collection (given the fact that the other products were available to be collected straight away). However, due to a delay by the courier which was out of our control, we ended up hand delivering this item to you in a good timing manner.
