Amazing meat just wish it came labelled
Really like the meat and how it was packaged mostly (apart from when its 3 chickens it would be helpful for those to be packaged separately).
But one thing that was annoying was that none of it was labelled so didn't know what meat was what which is not helpful cause I put it all in the freezer and defrost daily.
The quality of the meat is really good and we will be ordering from here again i just am gana put a note on the order to please label.

Untrustworthy Retailer
Last Sunday, I purchased meat products worth £110. However, they deliberately failed to include around £10 worth of items in the cover. This is the second time this has happened to me. When you call them to address the issue, they ask who served you. How am I supposed to know the name of their employee? Then they start asking for a detailed list of everything you bought, and after exhausting all options, they simply say, "Call up after 15 minutes Owner is not avilable." I had rang them 5 times and gave up .. Please avoid this should shop . and dont trust there offer they give you spoiled food

One of the most reliable business ever. I accidentally ordered meat and requested a wrong date online. Without hesitation, they refunded me and called to see if they could attempt to deliver it within 48hours but sadly I need the meat for tomorrow therefore went ahead with cancellation but without any hesitation will order from them next time.

Meat is always so fresh and well packaged. Prices are a little steep but for the quality it is quite worth the price. The meat is cleaned well and cut to preference too.

Very very high quality meat ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, I have ordered 3 times now and it has always come on the date I chose for the delivery, it comes packaged super well. I weighed the meat everytime and while I’ve had one item in the order that is 30 grams less than it should be, everything else will be 20-30% more than it should so they are absolutely not cheating me in that way. Most of the products are marked with a label stating what it is, the weight, when it was packed and the expiration date. This is super helpful. Overall I’ve had only positive experiences with this company and everytime I order I get a loyalty reward giving me up to £5 off now (and the meat is very reasonably priced already). I am only using this company from now on, Thank you very much to whoever is running this company it is amazing for me

There was an issue with the delivery of…
There was an issue with the delivery of my order and in the end it had to be cancelled. This was in no way the fault of the company but they still refunded me in full which was amazing. I will be ordering from them in the future and would recommend them purely on customer service alone.
