Good print quality, but packaging for delivery needs improvement. Box arrived wet with 50% of the order destroyed. Should really bag the print order as the box get damaged and wet on transit.

Stay away from this company. I ordered stickers for my business as I was running out of them and needed them ASAP, it was really really urgent. I purchased and paid extra money for it to be delivered quickly which should have been delivered on Friday and it got delivered on the next Tuesday instead. Also these stickers are of terrible quality, I purchased better ones and cheaper ones from Aliexpress. I spend half a day to take the back of the sticker of it, it's nearly impossible and I have nails for it. If I could I would want a refund for this.

Have placed hunderds of orders over the years for my businesses. The odd occasion there is an issue it is promptly resovled by customer service .
Very reasonable pricing and high quality work
Just be advised, what you submit in terms of artwork is what you get. This is an automated system so no one will "check" your files if you don't pay for the additional servce. This checking is generally not required once you take your time and ensure everything is in order prior to uploading.

An order of brochures needed for an exhibition was delivered 3 weeks late.
I had to contact DPD myself, multiple times because the request for further information (other than the tracking number) from Onlineprinters was ignored.
DPD said the parcel was supplied without a delivery address label, later admitted they lost the parcel, then delivered it a few days later.
Onlineprinters customer service emailed me back properly once I started leaving reviews on Trustpilot and later issued a refund.

Excellent service, as always. Love that I can do everything online and can deliver either to myself or another customer. Time estimate was spot on.

I received some else's order, not for the first time. I used the way too familiar complaint form and waited 3 working days and nothing. So, I called them and spoke to a lady who said they're overwhelmed with complaints and it's just gonna take longer. A clear cut situation, photos of the wrong order submitted etc, got confirmation on the phone and still, I had to wait another few days in order to get the reprint in motion, for some bizarre reason. The lady on the phone promised high and low to send the reprints by express delivery, in order to make up a little bit for their mistake and so I might not lose my customer, who was waiting for her delivery. Shipping took more than one week, after the long wait for it to be reprinted in the first place, because it wasn't sent by express shipping. I can't stress enough how many times I asked her and she confirmed that it will be send off by express shipping.
I mean, mistakes can happen but the way Onlineprinters has dealt with it annoyed me almost more than the entire situation.
I asked if they don't think that there is something wrong, if sooo many things go wrong, that the complaint department can't work through the pile of emails within three working days. She said, no, everything is fine. Well, if that's their approach, I'm not sure how bad this has to get, before they change something.

My Order was placed on the 7th of Sept with a 5-6 days printing time and an Estimated delivery before the 21st of September. DPD Tracking have advised they tried to deliver 3 times and left Notification each time. This simply is not True, They have My Address, My Name, My Company Name and My Phone Number.
