Prompt delivery and great communication
I ordered several different types of tubs of insect toys. The products were delivered within a couple of days and were of very good quality for the price. I would certainly order from this company again. The communication was excellent.

Ordering outside Australia is bad
I am outside Australia buying a gift for family in Australia. To simply send the order to the nearest post office is not helpful and was not what I paid for. I required delivery to the door NOT Auspost
