Wines of Portugal tasting.
Great fun. The kits worked really well. The interviews with the wine-makers were interesting.
Slightly chaotic as the lady who normally runs the tech couldn't make it.
Would have liked more use of the map that displayed the location of the various wine regions. I think it was used just the once, but repeating it at the start for each wine would have been useful; although that could just be me as I really like maps!

Had a lovely evening tasting and learning about wine. Hosts were very approachable and had delightful chemistry and passion for wine. Was a great experience that we will be doing again.

Wine arrived on time and was well packaged. As it can be posted through the letterbox there is no worry about staying in. Nice to try different wines. Some I liked and some I didn’t. Will order again.

A fabulous date night evening at home (no need for a baby sitter). Very informative and a great selection of wines. Considering I didn’t think I liked pink wine I’ve found 3 I’d order in an instant and one I’d consider if they didn’t have my favourite red/white. Loved the interactive wine tasting notes although it took us a while to find the event on YouTube.

Really enjoyed the wines and the show. Made for a great night.

I have used TOWTC on multiple occasions since it started up. This has covered all formats from doing a tasting live; watching the recording; using Jamie as a sommelier for a work event; and also gifting the tasting packs. The shows are entertaining and the videos that tell you about the region are informative. It’s a great way of trying lots of wines and really getting the sense of place (making it far easier to remember the wines and what you like / dislike). I’ve been trying to build up our cellar and attending the tastings then following up with online ordering through the excellent website means I know I like every wine delivered (as opposed to the pot luck of the regular subscription services). What an incredible concept.

Really prompt delivery and a good selection of wines! Nice taster selection.

We've done a number of the tasting events now and they've gone from strength to strength. The wines are varied, interesting and usually delicious, but even those that I don't immediately love have lots to talk about. The presenters are knowledgeable yet personable, and the format of live chat with pre-recorded videos works really well, especially with the audience participation aspect of the chat. The topics are also very well chosen and align well with WSET syllabus in the Adventurer series or with commonly asked questions and basic concepts in the Discoverer series. This is one of our favourite ways of having a home date night! We'll be back for more soon...

Really disappointed with this selection of wines unfortunately

The World of Sauvignons. My reported disappointment at the live online tasting was mollified when I watched the recorded version and Lee's commentary was much clearer. Shame I didn't wait. Poor Internet reception is the suspect.

Really promptly delivered and could track when it came.
