RUN AWAY!!! I am serious

I have seen a lot of miniatures in my days, some even printed at home by "a random guy with a 3D printer and a special interest". And even those were not as low quality as the ones that were delivered at my door. I was sent two right arms for the same model, there were sprues everywhere and the resin was still tacky and super uneven.
After I reached costumer service to ask for a refund I was offered a replacement instead, even tho I said I had already paid a lot of money in custom fees and wasn't keen on paying more for the "replacement".
I was assured that I wouldn't be paying any custom fees since this was going to be a reprint of the same order.
Then I waited...
The parcel arrived and I was notified that I will indeed need to pay an extra to have my, hopefuly not messed up, reprint.
I was offered a gift card to cover for the custom fees for the second parcel but what am I supposed to do with it? Buy more models after this bad experience? No thank you.
At this rate I should just get a printer myself and with zero experience I'd think I could do a better job.
Please people don't buy from them.
Go support your local nerd with a 3D Printer, STL files and a will to help you out.
Run away <3

When I asked for a receipt or any kind of evidence of the fees, you didn't reply. Neither did you send in any information regarding the quality of the received replacements, so I wouldn't be able to assist you.

Not only did i wait almost 4 months for…

Not only did i wait 3 months for my shipment, the print quality was incredibly subpar and some pieces were bent, missing or broken. Customer support was a completely atrocious not offering any for of refund and only offering another shipment(of same subpar quality) which i would have had to pay addition import taxes. Staff lying below saying i didnt respond to his emails

It took 48 days to receive a package I tried to cancel the same day after I ordered it. After reading their horrible reviews and how long it was going to take to be delivered I decided to contact them and request a refund before it was produced/printed. They told me it was already in production. I said that's impossible I just ordered it. After back and forth and back and forth I got PayPal to refund my money.
So I posted this and got a stupid Response , seriously Olive, it does not take 48 days to 3D print one little miniature. Olive I canceled my order the next day. You told me it would be delivered in 2 weeks, this was not true. You had plenty of chances and I should have kept it and thrown it in the trash. Try to be nice to people. LET THIS BE A LEARNING EXPERIENCE. Be nice to customers! You're going to only have bad reviews! You have poor immoral business practices. I did send it back to you! I didn't have to. I decided to be the nice person between the two of us.
Customer beware! Do not deal with these shysters.
Olive says kind regards, there has been nothing kind from olive in our half a dozen emails The last one which she told me not to bother them contact them any longer.

I am very sorry to hear that you have experienced it this way.

You placed the order on the 26th of November, and contacted us on the 4th of December.
As per our FAQ: our production starts after 12 hours after placing the order. Which means that by the time you contacted us, production had already started.

We also have a production time of 4-6 weeks, and we dispatched this on the 24th of December, which was within that given timeframe.

I have tried to explain it the best way I could. After you asked how long it would be, you never replied to my email until after you received the dispatch email. where I asked you if it were possible to return the products, we would be able to cover shipping costs. However, you didn't want to do this.

Didn't have the greatest experience but olive to the rescue…

Didn't have the greatest experience with only games as it took a year for them to get me the product I ordered (in the first couple hundred orders out of thousands) and once I did receive it almost exactly a year later it was missing quite a few models I paid for.

Thankfully they have a wondering customer service rep named olive who is so great, heard my issue and promptly got me replacements sent. Someone give olive a raise because they are solely turning around all of the bad experiences with the company single handedly .

As my first Kickstarter Funding

Despite all the headaches with doing a Kickstarter and meeting demands, every time I had a question I got a response within 24 hours of asking and more often had a full response within 20 minutes. The product I received is better than the imagery used for the Kickstarter Campaign in many ways especially the details. Very few of the models will need to be worked on outside of painting them and gluing to their bases, and it's basic work as well, cleaning up some flash ports and hot compressing some thin bits straight, which is normal for resin models and easy to do.
Love the product, and love the team

High Quality Customer Service

Ordered "The Beast" package. The box came with two major discrepancies: The Anchorite Shrine was missing its arm and a Hellknight sculpt had been replaced with a duplicate. The box came with a few extra pieces as well.

Customer service was very supportive and friendly, and quickly slated a set of free replacements. These arrived approximately 3 weeks after filing the report, and were a generous resupply of the full sculpts in question.

Yes, it does take some time for the order to be fulfilled, but that is to be expected if orders are being printed on demand! And it’s 100% worth the wait!

Customer service

I was one of the many Kickstarter backers for Trench Crusade. Because I had a few different things on my order, it didn't initially ship when New Antioch was released. When my order did finally arrive I was missing terrain and a few of my pieces did not come out right. I ask how I need to contact on the Discord channel and I was pointed at Fitani (Discord handle). I told they my issue. First they gave me an apology, then they worked on getting me my pieces. When the replacement shipment arrived I was still missing my terrain. I contacted Fitani again telling they my issue and they once again offered an apology and went to work on getting me my terrain. My terrain arrived over the weekend. Through out this whole process Fitani was there answering my questions and making sure I had everything.

Great quality, excellent customer service and business pratices

Ordered a full set of minis as TC proxies. Quality of product was generally very good and up to modern standards. Among 40+ minis, 3 of them had some printing defects so I contacted customer service and they promptly answered and offered to send me a replacement. When the replacement arrived I discovered they didn't just sent me the 3 models but almost the entire set again and for free with no customs to pay.

A Company worth your trust and with a solid customer service experience

Great quality and customer service

I had an issue with one of my items not arriving - I had a tracking number but Royal Mail kept telling me my item didn't exist. Got in touch with customer service who were fantastic and had a replacement sent out. Very happy with the quality of the models I received.

Great Customer Service!

I ordered several sets of figures and was missing some parts. I submitted a ticket and received a prompt and professional response. They were able to verify the parts that were needed and got them sent back out for me. Olive was very kind and helpful with getting my issue resolved.

Unfortunate Circumstances, but Great Customer Service

There had been a few issues with my order - namely a missing mini and some damaged parts - that unfortunately needed replacing. Thankfully, Olive was quick to help me out with what I needed, which was to send those replacement pieces over! Unfortunately, now that missing mini arrived, it was missing a leg, which wasn't exactly great for a centerpiece - but after explaining the situation, I was assured that they'd make it right!

All this is to say, I really appreciate the time and dedication that the staff has been working to make things right for the people who've ordered from them. There were some hiccups along the way, but I didn't once feel worried about not being taken care of!

Trench Crusade Kickstarter delivery

Delivery took a while, but there was a lot of communications and it was expected. My minis arrived not in a great state but they were replaced very quickly. The company and the customer support did a great job considering the huge task that the TC kickstarter was

Uttlerly terrible

Uttlerly terrible service taking months to deliver models, only for them to arrive warped, with appaling clean-up - scalpel marks in the few places where supports haven't been left, and missing models.

I would never buy anything from them ever again.

Cannot believe how long it took

Cannot believe how long it took to receive items!!!! THREE MONTHS!!!
Apparently, it was due to failed prints that needed reprinting.
However, I have ordered very similar products from other sellers that were or similar or better quality and arrived after only a few weeks.

An absolute joke of a company and I will.never order from them again.
