Actually i write a second review since…

Actually i write a second review since the mini has arrived after one month.
The quality of impression is just disgusting a 75 mm : with broken parts, blade marks, impression defects in face, shoulder. Its like they rushed to clean it.
So overall bad review.

Good customer support

Original order was on time and tracked, but somehow went to the wrong country before disappearing. Getting it reshipped was slow and took a long while(probably because they were trying to find the original lol), but the customer support was helpful and fairly responsive. This has been my third order, and while it's my first issue, the core problem wasn't their fault and was definitely an issue with Royal Mail, as the tracking clearly had the correct address.

Ordered in time in full, in great quality.

Ordered 6.8. delivered 23.8. to Austria. Delivered in full, in great packing. Staff and sword were a bit bent, but they add a little flyer that says to just put it in warm water and bend back. I will also have to clean up the support stumps a bit, but I expected that.

Only downside is that I had to pick up the box, because I had to pay customs. But that is not the company's fault.

Even burning money brings more joy

I placed an order through DakkaDakka store (equally hopeless, claiming 14 days to ship, then replies it's 15 "working" days, then just pass you onto only games which claims 20 days on website)
The order, 3x5 heads 1 mini, was placed on the 25/June, and as of 13/Aug (40days/33 working days) it's still not shipped. Only-game customer service only fast to replied because I had problem with their web message system, to get the info to fix their scam tool, not a word regarding my order at all.

After 2 orders placed with Only Games I…

After 2 orders placed with Only Games I won't be back again. The first took 33 working days and 36 working days for the 2nd order which was missing parts. The print quality is great but it doesn't make up for the poor service.

Awful company and never got my order!

Where to begin…. It started at 15 working days and then it went up to 20 working days. It is now 53 days and numerous emails with the same standard responses as everyone else and still no products!!!!!

Appalling service. Excuses after excuses as to why I haven’t got my order.

I’ve asked for a refund 3 times now and still no refund so taking this further with my bank. Constant excuses of we are a small customer service ….and that’s why they can’t reply sooner.

Then send me a tracking link that doesn’t work and how it was sent 11 days ago as well and how they sent my tracking to a random email address.so we have GDPR data leaks too!

Do not use this company!

I better get a refund!

Customer Service Experience

My order was severely delayed, but their customer service was prompt in answering my questions. When my package arrived, there were a few issues with the prints, but their customer service reached out and offered a refund for the inconvenience.

Very similar experience to most people…

Very similar experience to most people here... after the time for printing they estimated at the beginning was reached I got no update and when I asked for one I was just given a very automated answer about long times it takes to print stuff and making sure it's of acceptable quality... since then another week has passed and I am very close to the point where I will start asking for refund... not to mention the birthday this was meant to be as a gift for is long gone...

No communication, no punctuality

I ordered my package over a month ago. They advertise to get the order ready for shipment within 15 workdays but this has long past. I tried to contact them through a ticket submission but haven't gotten a response in almost a week so far. I am unaware about the current status of the company but I feel that they could work more on their communication and can at least let their clients know that they're busy at the moment so that everything could take longer.

I will update my review once I receive an answer or an update on my order.

Good Product - Unfortunate Circumstance

I received my order today, which did take significantly longer than advertised, though this was not unexpected and given the volume of incoming orders, quite understandable even.

However my complaint lies elsewhere; my order completely missed out on one of the models that I ordered, instead I received an unwanted duplicate - an error I am most disappointed by. As the model in question was the one I was most interested in.

As for the models I did receive, I am very satisfied with the quality, and they were packaged and delivered very securely in bubble wrap and individual boxes.

I would give a much higher rating were it not for the omission of one of the models from my order, ultimately leaving me frustrated given the long wait and additional customs cost of having the order shipped to Ireland. Leaving me unlikely to order again or even seek a justifiable replacement for the omitted model.

Slow & difficult service but quality product.

I placed my order on May 11th and just received it on June 24th. I had waited a week past the 15 working day production time frame before contacting them. Their system for contacting them is surprisingly complicated and difficult to use. It also took a few days for them to respond. Once they responded I got a tracking number within a day but it took 4-5 more days for the postal service to receive the package. Once it shipped it was really fast especially for going from Europe to America. The figures were packed very safely and my entire order arrived in good condition.

First order and last order, it's impossible to contact them

Impossible to get hold off, order placed 3 weeks ago is now overdue. I don't know what is happening, so will start the dispute resolution process with Paypal. I'm not prepared for this to carry on with no way of contacting them, their contact page is missing any contact details. It might be that they are inundated with issues, in which case stop taking orders and reset or contact customers and be honest. Burying your head in the sand is not the answer. I thought being part of MyMiniFactory it woud be a bona fide outfit. It looks as though it's a disorganised mess. I don't want resin printing in my house so it looks as I'll never get resin printed. What a shame!!

You will most likely not receive your order

I placed my order a month ago (#OG242183701LDN) and they are way past the delivery time line. I understand the production time line (15 days excluding delivery) but it should never take this long to 3D print some items. Don’t waste your time ordering, I don’t think I will receive my order.

This company is a complete scam. they take your money and do not fulfill your order and then refuse to acknowledge you moving forward. Their email is invalid and they ignore tickets to all of their enquiries about the order. Do not order from them.

Takes time, but worth the wait.

The time it takes to get your product is longer than on the website (likely by weeks), BUT when you get it, beautiful. I ordered a number of proxies for my Ork army. All parts nicely detailed, nothing missing (and there were so many little bits), packaging was super safe so nothing was damaged (sets of pieces in bubble wrap in individual boxes). Getting a hold of them did take some time, but once contact was made they were pretty responsive to emails and kept me updated that a couple bits had fails and were being reprinted before shipping. If you have a deadline, order well in advance, if you know you will just work on it once it arrives and the time line is open, either way, you will not be disappointed with the final product.
