had a very disappointing experience with OnlyTourism.

After paying 170 USD for a UAE visa application, my visa was rejected and the customer support completely stopped responding. They only told me “your visa was rejected” without giving any explanation, updates, or real assistance. I expected proper guidance or at least a follow-up after the rejection, but I received nothing.
It is also quite strange that this platform shows no negative reviews anywhere, which makes me question the transparency of their service. For a company handling visas, I expected honest communication and a more professional support team.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

I applied for my wife and myself and we got the visa within 3 days, thank you for the service, however, post payment communication is lacking created anxiety for client. The email and WhatsApp responses are inadequate and preventing me from giving 5/5

The best ever in terms of speed and efficiency in processing the Visa. It takes just a couple of minutes after payment for the Visa to be ready. Amazing i was really impressed. Shout out to Miss Eunice Rollon who really help in facilitating the Visa. 10 STAR!!!
