Rude and unhelpful - selling broken vans
Poor experience with this company. We purchased a van with them in hopes it would all go well. We were told the gear stick was “a little sticky” but upon collection the guy said it seemed to be all ok now. It broke down 3 days later. We called up to discuss rectifying the issue as we had 30 days warranty and they refused to help - therefore not adhering to their warranty rules. They then got extremely rude and aggressive on the phone which was quite scary and when finance got involved they ignored all calls leaving us in a very bad situation with a broke van.

We do need to clarify one thing, though:
OnlyVans is an online marketplace where private sellers and dealers advertise their vans. We don't own, inspect, sell, or warranty any of the vehicles listed, and we're not party to the sale, the warranty terms, or any conversations that happen between buyer and seller. The company you dealt with is a separate business that advertised on our platform.
That said, we take conduct on OnlyVans seriously. If you send us the listing or the seller's details at, we'll look into the advertiser and take action if they've breached our terms. We can also point you toward the right routes for a dispute like this — your finance provider (Section 75 / a formal complaint), the dealer's warranty obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and potentially the Motor Ombudsman if the seller is a trade dealer.
