After much deliberation I chose the premium range from Onske and was not disappointed. Leather is stunning and the chair is extremely comfortable.

Wall clock lovely well packed delivered next day, very good service well done.

Ordered dining chairs from Onske.

Dispatched quickly and had a one hour time slot for delivery. The chairs were packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. All in all a seamless and stress free transaction.

After several months trying to choose from the many online options out there, I finally chose Onske based on their customer service team responding to my many questions and on the previous customer reviews. The chair is an absolute delight. Superb quality and I couldn't be happier.

I recently purchased a Black Leather Rosewood H Miller style lounge chair and ottoman. Exceptional in every way. Very pleased.
I would highly recommend.

I bought an Eames style lounge chair from Onske just over a year ago. It was their top model, the Ultra Lux. It arrived with Chinese writing in chalk all over the leather. This could be washed off but a little worrying. The main problem was the ottoman. This arrived wobbling about like crazy and one side was cut very poorly and uneven. You could see the cushion way above half of one side of the wood. I spoke with Martina throughout this purchase. Apart from an admin service that seems to answer the phone, she is the only person I ever spoke to there, so I assume it’s a one man band setup. Like a previous reviewer, was told it could be mended by their polisher (even though the problem was wood missing....not sure how a polish would resolve that). I asked for a replacement ottoman to be sent out. Martina agreed and said it would be sent out in the new year. I never heard anymore in the new year and had to chase. A replacement ottoman frame (minus the cushion) was sent out eventually, but when I swapped the cushion over, this replacement was even worse than the original. I also learnt from this exercise that the base plastic of the cushion has holes that appear to have just been hacked away, rather than machined, to allow it to fit to the stand. All in all, for a £1200 item, very very poor quality. I called back and explained this stand was even worse, several times, but never heard from Martina again. I have called several more times throughout last year and have never been called back as promised each time, and Martina is never available if I give my name. When you’re enquiring or looking to buy from Onske, Martina is the most helpful person you’ll speak to. Once the item has been sold, it’s a completely different story. The website uses very slick marketing images and content to convince you they are a decent supplier but it’s certainly not the experience I or others have had. If Onske wish to dispute any of the above, I have it all evidenced with pictures.

Ordered a marble top table.
After waiting 2 months for it to be re-stocked, the table was delivered but it is covered in marks, like thread veins, across the top of it.
After two emails and a phone call, they offered to send out a re-polisher who has not showed up.
Considering this was c£1,000, this is really disappointing and I have now asked for a refund..no response yet..
